Alyssa and John Rosser both exceeded my expectations on service above and beyond. I had called in with concerns of contaminated water. My concern was taken seriously. Alyssa said she would check with the water treatment plant and then have someone from there call me to provide an update. Shortly thereafter, I got a call from John Rosser who was near my residence running the hydrant to clear the main line. Very helpful. Thank you.

Never received notification bill was unpaid, card in file expired, ex wife was getting emails about non payment, no letters, no flags, no calls. They said they had sent me emails, not to say you’re not being truthful, maybe just confused? She sent me all the emails you have been sending her?
Inconvenience that didn’t need to happen, but most importantly accept your mistakes, we did and laughed about it.

My experience with Coweta County Water Authority has been very frustrating. I was out of town when I was notified of a leak on my property. I immediately asked my family to check for leaks and found nothing. After returning and inspecting thoroughly, I also found no evidence of a leak. However, the leak reportedly lasted 5 days before stopping on its own. The water meter had issues with data transmission, but direct readings showed a leak rate of 112 gallons per hour. Although the meter was within tolerance, I was informed that other customers who resolved their leaks received credits, whereas I faced a high bill due to the undetected leak. Communication from the Water Authority was also disappointing, with delayed responses and a lack of follow-up, including a week-long wait for a reply from the president. I hope the authority reviews this situation fairly and addresses the issues with their process.

Excellent customer service! I have had their service for years. When I lost my house in the tornado, they were so helpful when going through so much loss. Documentation needed for the demolition permit. Since moving to my new home, the process in getting my new service, customer service was very thorough in explaining everything I needed to do. Thank you for being so wonderful.

Recently moved and wanted to update my address. You have to go to a website and fill out a form! Usually this wouldn't be such a problem, but I currently don't have WiFi where I moved last week to the country and will need a satellite company. It took Customer Service longer to explain their system than if they had just taken my new address. What Customer Service!

Worst service ever. If I could use someone else, I would. Their payment portal is a joke. Tried to pay my bill 4 times and it got kicked back each time charging me $30 a pop. The “payment” button on their website doesn’t work and are passing the charges on to the customers. No wonder they have 1.5 stars.

No email or letter just a call the day my water is about to be turned off. I had been on autopay. I tried to pay right away but they wouldn't drop the late fee or disconnect fee.
