I want to say the associate Steven who dealt with me was very polite& understanding. Steven took his time with me. We had a nice conversation. Steven also helped me to know what the program consist of. Steven took his time to help me fill out the application properly. I was very pleased with his work. Later on that day, I checked the status of my application and in error I gave the wrong account number for Con Edison. I made another call & the associate Sarah help me to enter the correct Con Edison account number. She help me with the steps so I didn’t have to do the whole thing over again. She took her time. She checked everything out and submitted the application for me. I was pleased with both associate. I would recommend this company. Thanks!!

web site was easy to use it has a good price on the gas, electric, easy to sign up for account transfer. only if they had a fixed rate & a longer term it would be better. but nobody has a good rate or term right now, this is a 1-month variable rate.
