Got these guys to come over since my Air wasn't working and they fixed it easy and fast. Took all of 30 minutes and was a cheap fix, only paid the fee for them to come out. The previous company I used months back when my heat wasn't working said they needed to replace the reversing valve and quoted me 3600. This company said there was no issue with reversing valve and fixed it as it was a simple wiring issue. Very good!

Energy Sharks installed 2 new HVAC system in our event venue. They were thousands cheaper and we got a 10 year parts and labor warranty. High energy efficient units.
Installers were polite, knowledgeable. They showed me how everything worked, answered my questions and made sure the new equipment was running properly. Cleaned up after themselves. Couldn’t be more pleased with this company.
We have an existing HVAC system they’ll be replacing this summer.

I hired Energy Shark Air and Heating. To install a new AC system. After explaining to Phil the owner, my current system is short cycling. He explained the old unit was definitely sized wrong. He said I needed an additional return ductwork for $750. ( I realize now the new AC system would have been sized correctly, so the additional ductwork, return wasn't actually necessary). However, I finally changed the filter a year later. I generally change my other two filters every 3 months, so while changing the other I was constantly looking through the grill, the filter never seemed dirty enough to change. I realize now, it was because the ductwork was not installed correctly. When I removed the filter I noticed a hack job, the truss was cut and the duct was squeezed through the truss in the the shape of a tear drop. When I brought this to his attention, I included comments from peers in his industry. They all agreed the installer did a horrible job. He called them all " idiots" !! He explained to me his installers had no choice because the 14" opening couldn't fit the 16" ductwork. When I went up to my attic to inspect what he told me. There definitely is a lot more workable space to have it installed correctly without cutting the truss and squeezing the duct into a tight space. The ductwork is incorrectly installed and could have been done more professionally. Phil did have his installer call me to "repair" !! I refused to allow them to return. If they thought the installation the first time was good, to leave it in that condition. I'm afraid to allow them back to do anything in my house. I am demanding a full refund amount of the $750, so I can hire a real professional company to do it right !! ( I have photos to prove my situation).

I called Energy Sharks on 1/25/25 and left a message that my heat wasn't working. About an hour later I received a call from someone, who did not give me his name. I told him my heat had not been working for two weeks and I had been using electric space heaters. He became very hateful to me and was saying he was going to have to check his technicians schedule and then asked if I had used the emergency heat and I told him is wasn't work either. I told him that I had to have Freon added about 2 years ago and that I was charged a lot for it and I told him I was aware of the high price. He said you're going to have to pay 1 and a half times per pounds. I didn't need to be talked to like a child, I'm 74. He started saying something about the technicians schedule and I told him that I had been thru 2 ice storms without heat and I would be ok now with out. He asked me to text my address. That was 4 hours ago and have not heard anything as to when somebody would be coming to fix my heating.

Amazing experience! Unexpected events like air conditioning unit crashing in the summer is very stressful! These guys made a tough situation as easy as possible! Great communication, fast response, and the install was so neat clean and organized. Everyone had a task and just got it done! I have purchased upstairs and downstairs units with this fine company!! Energy shark customer service is amazing! The owner went above and beyond to make sure I had AC not just for myself but for my special needs daughter. We spent several hot sticky days and nights. He switched appointments around so he could accommodate us and that night we slept like babies, thank you!!! His crew was on time and polite they got the job done in a timely manner! They made sure it was running right before they left and the unit is much quieter than what we had before. And let me not forget Energy Shark saved me about 3K and financing was quick and easy. Thanks to all of you will definitely tell others about Energy Shark!!!!

I had EnergySharks come out and replace my attic ductwork that was ~50 years old. About 3 years ago they had already replaced my crawl space ducts. For my upstairs ducts, Danny and team were in at 7:30 and out by 11:30 - fast, knowledgeable. Replaced our undersized plenum with the correct size (been wrong since inception). Our upstairs unit will run twice as efficient as it once did. Highly recommend this team !
