My husband are believers in doing what is right for the environment. Our ROI is doing what is right. Power companies are telling everyone about the drain on the system. I looked at three different solar companies and chose Gold Path because of the great work that Jake did. He outlined everything for us step by step. They did all the work involved in setting up for solar. The men who came to install the panels were courteous, friendly, and did a fantastic job. Before I knew it, the panels were installed and they look great. We are now waiting for Lynches River to give the go ahead and we will be full steam ahead on solar. We will actually be providing power to our neighbors. I highly recommend Jake at Gold Path Solar.

Jake at Gold Path solar is phenomenal!!! From the start of my project to after the solar panels were installed he made sure to keep me updated on the whole process and explained everything in detail so that I was able to understand. After the install he also continues to check up to make sure the panels are working correctly and even went over the electrical bill so that I could understand how much energy my solar panels are producing and how much energy I am utilizing. If you are going solar definitely choose this company!!!

I received 8 quotes for my solar project including Gold Path. I originally chose a different company to do my install. Once they performed the home assessment things went sideways. I got hit with many extra charges and work that would need to be completed before they could do the install ($7000) and their battery option would not support my whole home unless I bought 2 (adding an additional $17000 to project). With Gold Path Solar none of that was the case. They offered a battery option for my whole home and I did not have to make any changes to my existing electrical panels. They provided research and Youtube videos to aid me in choosing the right products for my home. Jake was amazing as a point of contact. He always kept me informed of current steps and next steps in the project. Communication was key. Jeremie and the other electricians were top notch. They respected my home and protected my property. They were great at explaining all of the parts of my unit and how they worked together and additional add-ons I can do later like adding an EV charger or sauna or using a stand-alone generator to charge my back-up battery . They were not the first company I spoke with or the cheapest but they were the best for me. Their association with Credit Human Credit Union is a plus as well.

Our solar system from Gold Path Solar has been running for about a month now. Jake at Gold Path was our point of contact. He and his team and made the project come together smoothly. From design, permitting, working with the electric company, installation, everything was handled professionally, competently, and with great communications. I have decades of technical electrical/electronic background, and looked into doing the project myself. After adding up the cost of equipment, permitting (including required design drawings from licensed structural and electrical engineers) and my time, I got quotes from three solar companies. One was overpriced, one was less than competent, and then there was Gold Path. They knew what they were doing, offered state of the art equipment, had the best pricing for the quality, and would handle everything. After considering the tax credits (50% of the total system cost), and the labor and hassle of doing it myself, I chose Gold Path, and was very impressed with the result. We aren't heavy users of electricity, so most of what we generate goes back to the grid. I'm looking forward to our next electric bill, and having power during future storms. We are in a hurricane/storm prone area, and have had 5-day power outages in the past. No more running a generator to keep the fridge and lights on; we included a whole-house battery, so power even at night! I highly recommend Gold Path.
