Room was clean. Front desk staff was pleasant. I have never been to a Marriott with such a sub par breakfast. The absolute minimum effort was put into it. I guess we should be happy we were given a room on the parking lot side as there was a lot of feedback that trains kept up the other side of the hotel.

Marriott endorsed this place? Stopped for a quick few hours of sleep mid- road trip in search of a clean bed and shower for family.|Loud train all night (tracks apparently right by this place)and barely- working but loud AC kept us all up. Couch in room also stained. Silverfish in shower. My son stomped on an enormous cockroach on the way to check out. Told the unapologetic clerk and her only response was “good lord”. No apology. This place is a dump. Never seen a nasty Marriott- not on par with brand.

Needed to stop for the night. Greeted with a very pleasurable lady. So nice and kind. Hotel was clean and so was our room. Breakfast had enough of a selection to accommodate each guest. Recommend if you are passing through the area and needed to stop.

This is an excellent hotel. Our room was spacious and clean and well appointed. The bathroom was well lit and water pressure was good. It could use a refresh however as it smelled a bit musty.

Donna in the breakfast area was exceptional. She really seemed to take pride in her job! She made sure that everything was fresh on the bar and it was kept clean. She was also friendly and helpful. I would hire her in a minute as it is rare to find an employee who takes ownership of her job.

Shaleah at the front seat was also excellent with a friendly smile.

We will be back.

This hotel would make Sheldon Copper happy as he loves trains. Trains, did I mention trains? The lobby and common area are clean and nice. The staff is super friendly and helpful, but after the room facing the train tracks (Cordele has 80 trains a day pass through, did I mention trains) with tepid AC, and the second room with no AC, we decided to leave.

When we entered the room we found that the closet door was broken and that there was no luggage rack. When I went to get the ice bucket I found that it was half full of water, I assume from a previous guest. Then later that evening the TV quit working. When I spoke to the clerk at the desk Iwas told to unplug everything and that it might come back on. I was also told that the internet provider had been replacing boxes earlier and hadn’t gotten to all the rooms. Then why were they not telling us prior to sending us to our rooms. A poor way to run a franchise!!!

Loved my stay. I’ve been waiting on the survey so I could submit a formal review. The lobby was decorated perfectly. It was welcoming. Mary was working and she wonderful.

This hotel provides an appalling level of service. I was given a room on the 3rd floor despite the elevator being out of order. When I raised the issue, mentioning that we had heavy luggage, the front desk staff responded in the most unprofessional and disrespectful manner imaginable, saying, ‘I just came into my shift and I don’t care about it.’ Such dismissive and rude behavior is completely unacceptable. This was, by far, the worst experience I’ve ever had with hotel service.
