I hate to write this negative review because the gentlemen over here are friendly and fast.

I stopped by over here to get my tire patched up due to a flat tire. They provided quick and friendly service. It took about 25 minutes to patch my tire.

However as I’m driving to Tennessee, I noticed that the air pressure kept leaking. I had to stop by the gas station three times to fill up the air. It seems like it wasn’t patched up correctly.

I wake up the next morning to see the tire had completely lost air. And now I’m in Tennessee getting a brand new tire..

Just a bit disappointed.

Bobby the store manager was great, i used flex shopper to pay for brakes and an oil change, he made it a breeze, two of my brakes didn’t need changing so he made sure not to charge me for something I didn’t need. Overall great customer service every time I visit. The first time i visited, i used flex shopper to pay for four new tires and since then i hit a nail and got my tire patched for free and i needed air due to temperature change and simply pulled up and got serviced free.

Today was awesome the store manager Mr. Bobby was very polite and very professional with helping me at the desk. I love to walk in a business where a person greet you with a smile so Mr. Bobby does greet with a wonderful smile.You will be taking care of plus the services doesn't take all day neither. Their workers are a family so they work together to get the job done. So your car leaves brand new from when you brought it in for repairs. So I will be coming back and I recommend everyone to come to Mavis cause they the truth. Number fan of y'all work

Stopped at Mavis’s on our way down to FL from up north after noticing we needed tires on our camper before a blow out happened. They were easy to get into, and they didn’t waste any time helping us getting the tires we needed put on at a great price too! They were very helpful and Bobby the Store Manager made sure we left safe and satisfied!

BEST people here……This place was absolutely phenomenal. We couldn’t have done it without them. We owe them everything they were remarkable and the repair service was just as remarkable. Bobby was so great and helpful when we stopped in during a random Georgia blizzard! We were traveling through on our way to Florida and we were surprised to see the store open and fully staffed, and they got our truck in right away and fixed the tires so we were safe to go back out and face the storm. Everyone was very nice and they even let me watch their TV while we waited. These guys are professional, fast, honest, and friendly! I highly recommend coming here for your tire needs 😊
