it’s no more than legal steeling., re got my new bill and they added another 106.00 dollars a month for four months. if i don’t pay it i will have no lights, some of the people in the office need to remember where they came from. been a customer for over 40 years. the customers in crisp county can’t afford it.

Just received the nice letter in the mail about prices going up because you want to line your pockets more. Does that mean you will pay for my grass that your meter reader continues to drive on because they are too lazy to stop at the end of my driveway and walk 3 feet? Just another excuse to charge people more money. I can’t wait to see what the increases are.

Your power will go off ONCE a month GUARANTEED so a wfh job would be difficult to maintain it’s actually pathetic how easily the power goes out like the wind could blow and it’ll knock it out but yet a hurricane wouldn’t 🤷🏾‍♂️. Don’t move to crisp county or cordele anyway unless for job reasons cause this is the power company your going to have to deal with and it ain’t the best bro I’m just being real

My bill keeps changing/ I will clean out refrigerator & Freezer 🙃🛵🚜 My bill is very high this month. My appliances are off. Most are unusable. Waiting for someone to pick them up for recycling. Just AC & small freezer. I'm aware of summer changes.

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! I really give them a 0 but I had to put at least one star. My mom given wrong information about a bill by the Crisp Co. Power Commission. So that tells me someone needs to be fired. Even with this "new" system they recently installed, they even can't keep up with the fast pace of technology because they couldn't even find my mom's name in the system! Plus, the woman cut me off when I was talking. Nobody cuts off a Dunlap! (no relation to Melton & Jerome) Customer service is nasty. They won't survive a day at Neiman Marcus or Bergdorf Goodman. But I often wonder why the westside electricity is higher than the eastside's when we use the same amount of electricity (eg. Washing clothes, watching TV, and cooking every single day) Hmm... just a thought. In my opinion ALL the city commissioners should be forming town hall meetings to answer these questions. Cordele, especially the Black community (who are the majority population) do better at getting involved in your own community affairs it's your right! This is not South Africa & stop it with the apartheid mindset!

I have been 9 days without power, without hot water
I understand there are many without, but they are working literally on my block and just drive away.
Everytime I call I can not get a answer yet alone service.
I have a busy and can not run the business due to this situation.
My mom who is I'll and needs to have electricity due to breathing machine, and this is the answer I received go stay at hospital if needed?
What hospital is gonna keep a person 9 days at a time and is not a patient.
I'm very unhappy to see as I Google cordele light company, there page shows there are no back up power outages in cordele!
Are you serious?
There are 9 days I and God only knows how many have been more than patient for electricity and when we call the company there are 22 calls ahead of me, hours before I can even speak with any one.
And you advertise there are no back up problems.
Like really.
This is sad, I have a business in cordele that can not be open under these circumstances.
