If you value transparency from a business and timely communication then look elsewhere. We booked a french drain installation May 2024 and was told we were looking up to 120 day wait. There was no communication from the company or updates (they had our deposit). Upon reaching out, we were told they were behind. The company did not come out until November, installed the drain in two days and did not haul away the dirt they dug up. The dirt was placed in a corner in our backyard. It is my understanding that the price of the installation included re-sodding - which was poorly done and hauling away of the dirt. I wish we would have gone with a different company.

The entire experience was amazing. The initial response from Bill was immediate, he went out of the way to get the repair booked, the technicians knew exactly what needed to be done, they were professional and did great work. I don’t often give reviews but very highly recommend Exstream.

At my new house I have an old (25 years old) Rainbird System sprinkler system. Exstream Water Solutions made two scheduled trips to the residence. They were knowledgeable about the system, identified the zones and provided an explanation (verbal) of how the system worked. Several leaks and sprinkler heads were replaced. Clear documentation identifying the problems and repairs was provided. Very happy with the result.
