These guys did an absolutely phenomenal job installing my dehumidifier in the attic. I was very impressed with how knowledgeable, professional and customer service oriented these guys were. If you are considering any other company for HVAC or dehumidifier install, pls don't. Scott, Ray and the rest of the crew are top notch and put my mind at ease. I had Energy Savers serviced my AC last Monday, and I’m not really happy with their service. The HVAC tech told me the evaporator coil was leaking Freon and it might be best to replace the whole AC unit. After considering various options, I told him to charge the unit with Freon and keep it running in the mean time. My complaint is that after the Freon is added to the system, it hasn’t been able to cool efficiently. I wasn’t at home when the repair is made. According to my son who was at the house, nothing was shown to him that the AC unit was working probably. When I got home that afternoon, I think the air coming out of the vent was probably around 70 degree, better before the repair but not nearly enough to cool the whole house. I took a thermometer and temp the air on day 5, it was 70 degree and it has been like that for the last few days. I want HVAC professionals to know that it’s very important to show to your customers that the AC is working probably after charging Freon to an AC unit by taking air temperature from the air vent, especially when working on an AC system that’s leaking Freon. I’m upset that it was a waste of my money and I have to look for another way to repair or replace the unit.

Mr.Don Ely called on his way , checked everything in the attic as well as outside and also replaced two air filters. He did not have the filters so he went and picked them up and installed them. Job completed and well done ! Thank you

Trash. $2000 later, still broke, no solutions (see update at bottom). After about the 4th or 5th time they came out to the house, and after we bought the yearly service subscription, they told us our thermostat was the problem with our AC running all the time, like it still is, and not cooling properly, since the coolant pressure was fine. They offered us only one super fancy (because this was the only kind that they could find that worked with our unit which was a straight up LIE) replacement option which was like $700 (including installation), which is absolutely phenomenally insane. The best part? It didn't even work. They made the problem worse. They told me that they adjusted things to make the fan run at different speeds and also adjusted things on the thermostat to account for improper thermostat readings and even the humidity reading isn't right. Now it's really really messed up. It's like they installed gremlins into this thing to mess with the circuitry. They basically keep telling us they don't know what the problem is and they've offered us no solutions at all except for experimental upgrades that will make my poor mother broke! They ought to be ashamed! I'm on to yalls funny business, and soon others will be too! Loyal customers will only be loyal for so long with this level of service. Hope Google didn't cut the video short.

Ps: Energy Savers is absolute garbage now that it's been bought out, and I would bet the new and good comments and ratings are corporate bots because there's no way this horrible price gouging service is getting thumbs up across the board from everyone in Columbus Georgia still. Even their new corporate call center garbage makes it impossible to get in touch with the tech that's coming to your house after he calls you and you missed the call. It's over.

UPDATE: They eventually reinstalled our old thermostat and refunded us the $700 for the new one.

Energy Savers always sends out courteous professionals. I have a small older home and although it’s not very expensive, the Energy Savers employee still was very considerate not to dirty or damage anything inside. He even put on shoe protectors, not to carry in dirt. I appreciate he treated me with kindness and gave me information, how to check on and be aware of things with my heating system. This company has always provided us with excellent service. Today, as the snow began to fall one of our heaters went out. Even though they were booked for the day, they added us to the waitlist and 2hrs later a tech came to assist. Thank you so much again for providing such great customer service.
