We went today to buy dirt. We wanted 20 bags, but they didn’t have that many. Caleb helped us and said he could get more in the afternoon. He drove to Livonia to get what we needed. He actually made 2 trips due to a mixup. He was so nice, kept us informed and never made us feel like he was bothered that he went through all that. He definitely went above and beyond. Customer service was exceptional. Thank you for everything you did !! Everyone we talked to today was really nice.

Went to get propane, had to ask twice, then this gentleman started looking all over my new tank for a "certification number".
I told him I bought the tank in 2024. He said tank had to be recertified every 10 years, because this one was stamped 14 (actually part of a protection code stamped into the metal on the inside of the metal protection ring), but said he would go ahead and fill because of the close date. My one year tank was in perfect condition, even the brass fitting was not tarnished. Anyway, didn't bleed off air and said bill was $15.00. I asked if he could take payment, but he said I would have go back inside and pay cashier. Cashier said "let me check" walked off, then returned and charged $19.99 plus tax. I've always liked Ace, but I won't be returning for propane...

Great folks working there. They generally have everything Home Depot doesn't. If they don't, they try getting it ordered. Prices are a bit higher but the customer service surely makes up for it.

It seems dead when I have gone it. Also mind the products you get. I had gotten superglue that was dried out. Also unlike other stores where it doesn't matter where you brethren an item. Ace are franchised so you have to go back to the store of purchase.

I went to this commerce location today. I asked a young man to help me find something that was said to be online..instead of actually helping and showing me, He pointed to the other corner of the store and said vaguely" if we have them they should be on isle one over on that side.." he did not take the time to show me.
I figured maybe he was going to break or was busy...so I walked off. When I looked back he was helping a man look at a grill. So I went and looked at some grills too, actually needed a flat top. He finished helping the man and I was commenting LOUDLY on the nice grills and needing one, he literally walked right past me and didn't help me at all again. (Ps the man didn't even buy a grill, he was just browsing and I was actually shopping...and for many things)
So, I went to tractor supply and bought what I needed. I will not ever be returning here. My time and money is valuable. I don't see this business lasting long treating it's women customers like this. Definitely felt sexist. 😞

Very nice and helpful staff. Have been on multiple occasions now and have always had exactly what I needed, including hard to find parts for a sink. Better products than Home Depot.

I posted my review on March 26, 2024. They responded on July 12 apologizing for not being open on Sunday for their grand opening. If you guys are a franchise, then you need to honor discounts offered by your company.
