Green solar systems is a relatively small company compared to some of the big outfits in Pittsburgh, and they’re local. They weren’t pushy at all after the quote, very reasonably priced, and the work from their crew was A+. Highly recommend.

I couldn't be much more pleased with how well my experience With Green Solar has gone. They came in price wise with all other companies I received estimates from but were able to schedule my install 6 months sooner than the others. They were more flexible with equipment options. The install was complete in two days despite the fact that I required updates to my electrical service and I have a challenging pitch to my roof. The work was top notch and the support is always available at short notice. I will be doing further business when I decide to expand with battery back up and ev charger. I will be recommending Green Solar to anyone that I discuss my system with.

First of all, Tommy is the best. He replies to emails & texts at all hours of the day/night. Super helpful and if he doesn't know the answer, he will find it out for you! Throughout the entire process, I felt like Green Solar was trying to do the best they could for us. I love that they are local, and you always get an actual person when you reach out. Our solar panels are THE BOMB and are producing so much energy... can't wait to see our first electric bill and start raking in the credits!!!!

They installed a solar panel system at my home and our experience was fantastic. The owner, Ryan, was friendly, responsive and proactive. He took the time to answer all my questions and educate me on the the process and he stayed in constant contact. The crew was friendly and professional. I would absolutely use them again and I highly recommend them to anyone considering solar panels.

Green Solar Systems installed a ground mount 32 panel array in November. Ryan, Bryan and the entire crew were excellent to work with and did a great job with the entire installation. We highly recommend them for any solar projects you might be considering.

We have repeatedly been calling GHS to address a problem with our battery not switching over to battery backup during electricity outages. IT IS FRICKING FREEZING IN PA. We did have some responses early on, (this all began in July 2023), but despite promises to be in contact with us over the past week, we have heard nothing. In October 2023, we arranged for our own service to attempt to diagnose the problem, with promises from GHS that we would be reimbursed, but, nah...so far no reimbursement. So what gives GHS--are you going to do what you promised or not?

Exceeded all expectations from 1st sales contact through financing and installation. 14 panels installed by an extraordinary team of knowledgeable, professional & polite people.
