I would not recommend sun pro solar. They came and installed my panels but yet I have no paper work or way to contact them about anything until now that I accidentally ran into this review request three years later. I still have an electric bill plus my panel bill which is more than I was paying before panels. Selling my house is going to be more of an issue than it’s worth.

The salesman we had was John Aaron Cordova. He was great. Everything he presented to us was delivered. The installation was timely and went smoothly and those install guys worked and got it done. They even put up with our livestock checking out their progress (horses and donkeys). If we had any questions or problems John took our calls and got everything worked out in a timely manner.

SunPro has completed our installation. The installers were extremely efficient and friendly during install. They took the time to explain everything to me. It now works very now and we are quite pleased. Thank you

One of the best decisions I ever made. The customer service with Sunpro is second to none! I had contacted several solar companies before Sunpro, but none of them would come to look at my house because the satellite picture automatically assumed our roof was not a good fit. Turns out many companies disqualify people with perfectly good roofs this way - but not Sunpro! Brandon Snook was my consultant and he spent quality time with us answering all of our questions and inspecting our roof in person. I had been wanting to go solar for years and I’m really glad I found this company who would give us the time of day and not just go for the big mansions! Turns out they install on mobile homes too and many other types of homes that other companies neglect because they pre-judge the satellite pic. My wife and I are saving so much money each month and I feel great about reducing my carbon footprint. A GREAT part is that Sunpro doesn’t charge a down payment - so I’m not spending any extra money right now and I’m saving tens of thousands on my electricity in the long run. Solar power is the future of energy and I’m so happy to be a part of it!!!

One of the worst decisions I have ever made was my family hiring this company. They were extremely unprofessional. The young kid who installed our solar panels was rude and caused severe damage to our roof. Now we have constant roof leaks and issues. And they don't even follow through with their promises. They tore up our front yard with a machine and said they would come back with sod to fix it and never did.

Horrible experience ! 3-4. years after having a roof installed by Sunpro and solar panels, roof leaking where solar panels are installed. Prices for roof installation inflated. I received a credit for electric bill, Now credit is done, and I have a electric bill of $75 a month. Sunpro and ADT said Duke raised the prices not there fault, then another said oh that expected. ADT no better, waiting since 12/18/2023 for someone to call me back to come look at the leaking. I have called and keep being told it will be expedited. Now contemplating hiring an attorney. Buyer beware they ruined my house and was looking to sell soon now have to wait! Neither ADT or SunPro care about the customer after they get there money.

It did take longer than expected but everything is hooked up and operating as should be. Everyone I’ve spoken with has been kind and courteous. First month and it covered 100%. My system was built to cover at least 90%. Happy with Sunpro team and product. 2021

Follow up a year later 2022. I was told I’d have 90% coverage for my power. We have hit around 40-50%. This is not transferable so it will not be researched with Sunpro at this point since I had to move which leads me to me next issue. We had no plans to sell which is why we installed them. Promises made that they would appraise and would increase our home value. The appraiser added little to no value as they don’t have the knowledge to assess the value. Needless to say I had to foot the 40K from my equity. Thank goodness the economy is inflated or I would be upside down. The Sunpro team would not help minimize this by allowing me to move my system without paying close to half the 40K. I’ve learned since then other solar companies will include one free move with the system purchase but Sunpro team could care less. At least that’s the impression they left me with. Solar definitely has its benefits but do your research when selecting a company and get it all in writing so your covered. Sunpro seemed to me that once they sold their product they were done with me.

New roof yes, overpriced.
12k tax credit, didn't happen.
Producing power yes, and still getting power bill for $100 plus each month. I say run in the other direction. Plus I'm paying $260 plus a month for panels
Would been better off without them.
