I went solar with Top Tier in May of 2024 and was blown away by how seamless, organized, and thorough the process has been. I continue to be amazed with the level of follow through and customer service that Top Tier provides. Going solar is a complex process that I never could have navigated on my own. It takes a large team of knowledgeable and dedicated people to make it happen.

I had always wanted to go solar but was nervous to sit down with a sales consultant, due to all of the horror stories in the news and on social media. My experience with Jeff Pearson and the entire service team: to mention the least of; Lauren, Nardo, Travis, Ross, Kristy, Andrew, Brian, Robert, Pete V, Lisa, Daisy and the install team, was phenomenal. When I first sat down with Jeff, he taught me about the process of going solar and what to expect. He included me in the process of designing my system, which was based on the needs of my farm and animal sanctuary. He did not treat it as a “one size fits all” product. Everybody’s energy needs are different, and he made sure that my system would be the right size to accommodate the extra energy usage that my animal sanctuary requires. He genuinely cares about his customers, and you can tell the second you meet him that he really loves solar!

I’ve had a mountain of issues with this property, due to other parties, but none of them phased Top Tier, no matter how complicated the process got. They truly went above and beyond, helping me with things that went beyond their expected scope of work. Top Tier truly operates as a family and have exceeded my expectations for how a business should comport themselves. I absolutely adore my system and the wonderful team who made it happen!

Top Tier Solar did an excellent job with the project of helping my household go solar. 1st Jared did an analysis on what my house would need to produce enough energy to counter balance my electricity bill. He recommended the spray foam insulation to help insulate the attic better. I was then notified by the Lauren, the PM, who kept me informed on what would happen next. The solar panel were installed in one day, in about 4 or 5 hours. In the next week or so the foam insulation was installed. Arley, the other PM, insured all the documents were sent and the house was inspected and cleared to connect to the electric company. The last thing is a tech will come out to inspect the IQ Panel and ensure everything is running smoothly. Top Tier Solar did a very professional job.

We have received and completed our top tier solar panel installation at our home with battery backup. And within 24 hours of signing the contract we received a check for $1,000 referral from our friends that also has used toptear. I worked with Jeff Pearson and Travis and his crew that installed the system and completed all the wiring was an excellent job that was highly impressive. When the county inspector came out to inspect our system he was also very impressed with the workmanship and the professionalism of the wiring said it was one of the best systems and safely installed systems that he had ever inspected. And just to have the Peace of mind knowing that if there is a power outage in the area that you still can operate everything within your home just like there's nothing going on in the community.
