I can't express enough how impressed and grateful I am for the outstanding service provided by Paulina. Setting up new services for a commercial account can be overwhelming, but Paulina made the entire process seamless. She was not only extremely knowledgeable but also showed genuine compassion and care throughout.

Our purchase date happened to fall on a holiday, and I had an early flight the next day, which could have made things incredibly stressful. However, Paulina went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled efficiently and effectively. Her dedication to making sure I left as a relieved and satisfied customer is something I will never forget.

I’ve had my service for three years & honestly I’ve never had an issue. I’ve encountered not so friendly staff as well, but I think they truly mean well.. It seems like most of the staff is entry level so with a little training on tone, delivery & customer service, They’ll be fine… They don’t make a ton of money while having to deal with customers lashing out on them all day… The inspectors were really nice & prompt…Give them a break guys…REMEMBER if you pay your bills, they won’t be cut off.

If Customer Service Isn't Your Strong Point Work In A Warehouse. I Really Dislike When People Are Working To Serve You And They Sign Up For It But Act Like The Customer's Are The Problem. The service is fine when it works. However, they have a lot of outages. When they have outages they turn the phone system off rather than putting up an automatic message notifying it's paying customers of the outage. The website is also outdated and can be utilized with the same outage message and an expected time of when power can be restored. OK service but lots of room for improvement!

Not the best customer service. I honestly prefer Georgia Power. Paying your bill online is a complicated process and you have to pay a surcharge for paying online. If you don't want to pay the surcharge, you have to mail in your payment or drop it off at their location on Main Street. The representatives who work there aren't the friendliest, but they aren't necessarily rude. Overall, I give them 2 stars because I guess it could be worse, but it also could be WAYYYY better.
