I went to the this Urgent Care Yesterday as a walk-in. I was greeted with great customer service. The lobby was clean and the I was seen right away after finishing my paperwork. The staff are very friendly and welcoming!! They listen and allow you to tell them what’s going on with you and your body. Then they take the next cautionary steps to ensure everyone’s safety by having masks, Kleenex, hand sanitizer and your very own room. The doctors are very caring, knowledgeable and meets your medical needs. I love the fact that they let you choose your pharmacy and they also referred me to their Primary Care Provider which I never knew they had!!!
I really love coming to Swift Health for any and all of my children and I medical concerns!!!

Simply one of the worst experiences I have had in a “medical” environment. This office was far from “swift”. Staff seemed like they had no idea what was going on. No organization. Extremely unprofessional. Taking my vitals and not even relaying the information to me. I had to ask.Had to be swabbed twice because they messed something up or lost my swabs. Don’t know if these are students but obviously further training is needed. Trust me I know. Visit from the doctor was completely useless. Nurse came to give me a shot (that I had to ask for) then asked me if I wanted a bandaid. She then wanted me to point out where I had been stuck at. What kind of office is this? Definitely needs professional guidance. I’m not sure if this even accredited to be honest. Would not recommend to anyone I care about.

I have been a patient at Swift safes times and I’ve never had a problem. On November 1,2022 I brought my grandson in at approximately 10:30. I understood that they were busy and had limited seats so I let the receptionist know that I would sit in my car. She said that was fine and that I would receive a text. A young man pulled up about an hour of me sitting in my car with his daughter. I walked in to see if they had called my grandsons name. She said he was next. Why did the man that pulled up a whole hour after me get called before me That is not fair. I brought it to her attention and she was trying to tell me they were short staffed. I understood that but how is someone that clearly came nearly an hour after me being called before me. I will never give them my business again.

Great, quick and super friendly staff; just a little disappointed by the actual care. I did a urinalysis for excessive vomiting and nausea and it was found out pretty quickly what was going on, but the options for treatment (IV fluids for severe dehydration, blood work, etc.) weren't really discussed and I was simply prescribed medicine and left (which I'm not that mad at considering it worked and the medicines were effective and helped immensely.) Overall much faster, cheaper, and better service than a lot of urgent cares and EDs I've been to.
