I was walking by and decided to ask them do retwist locks. The lovely lady said yes. I proceeded to say by appointment only. She said yes. I explained what I had going on. I started dreadlocks in my in late June. I wasn't able to get them professionally done again till early November. I just so happened to drive by this place one day, I gave them a call and set an appointment with Gail for the next day. First she washed my hair. It felt so amazing she gave me chill bumps. Basically the whole process was very professional, fast, educational and looked amazing when she finished. I loved the knowledge she gave about taking care of my locs, I have never had my haired locked before. Thank you Ms. Gail for the amazing job.

Good experience. I've patronized them before and decided to go back to the shop to get my lock maintenance this time. My appointment was at 9am and I was seen on time. My pet peeve is to have an appointment time and it not being honored. I would definitely return.

I will definitely be back. This was my second time at this salon and Nia really does specialize in natural hair. She took her time and listened to what I wanted and what I've been experiencing to have a better understanding of what she was dealing with. She was patient and when I requested for my hair to be cut low, she recommended her barber, Lo.
