This place is absolutely beautiful! When I initially walked into The Wellness Spot, I was very impressed. But as I continued to tour all of their rooms, my feelings of being impressed quickly turned into awe. This spot is hugeee with so many different opportunities for varying, pleasant experiences such as options for pedicures/manicures, a sauna room, and even just a room to relax after your massage.

Hearing the vision of what the owner desired and then seeing it via the tour, it was crystal clear that her vision was being executed very well.

Apparently, The Wellness Spot has an annual Press Pause retreat, which is a 10/10 experience. We started with a small meet and greet and then went into the practice of yoga. Then we transitioned to one of their other rooms where the guest talked to one another, drank wine, and ate finger food from the charcuterie board. Then gradually, each guest was called down for their selected service (a facial, a massage, and another service that I can’t remember).

The service I had was a 30 minute massage with Ashley which was AUHMAZING. She had the perfect amount of pressure and focused on the right target points. I was saddened when the experience ended. But, I would definitely recommend this service by Ashley to ALLLL!

Then we ended the retreat with “sound” therapy, which was super relaxing. After the sound therapy session each guest was given a personalized gift bag.

If I lived in the area, I would definitely frequent The Wellness Spot. It is absolutely a must visit.

This year im being intentional about self care. And wow, I hit the jackpot with The Wellness Spot. It is a relaxing oasis! The ambiance set the tone for a rejuvenating experience (and I loved the meditation room). I got a massage and facial-The services were exceptional, and the technicians were professional, attentive, and clearly skilled in their craft. It’s clear they care deeply about their clients' well-being. I highly recommend this Black woman-owned gem for anyone looking to relax and refresh!

I booked a spa party here to celebrate my birthday and it was an amazing experience! Both the aesthetics and the atmosphere are meticulously curated to be a self-care and relaxation haven. The customer service, friendliness, and professionalism was refreshing as a business owner to witness from the staff. I would recommend this place to others and I will be back to support whenever I need some R&R.

I went for a tour of this beautiful place. First, the design and style gets you hooked. This place is huge and a lot of great things go on under this roof. Secondly, there are natural products you can purchase; there is a meeting area; a mani-pedicure area for individuals or just a single person; you can celebrate your birthday with wine while getting your treatment; a massage area; a grieving room; a sauna area and much more! There is a patio where you can sit in the rear of the building. The attendants are very knowledgeable and friendly.
You must see it and believe it! What a great feeling after you have left there!

The Wellness Spot has such a peaceful and relaxing vibe. The space would be beautiful for events and I'm looking forward to trying the nail services and facials.
However, I probably would not return for the sauna unless I learn that they've serviced it. One of the infrared lights (out of just 2) was off and the sauna was very small and never got very warm, especially in the bottom half of the room. It was also very different than the sauna in the website photos too, so it just wasn't what I was expecting and didn't live up to the cost, in my opinion.
As well, the receptionist was very polite but even though we said we'd never visited before, he didn't explain anything to us like what to expect/policies or where the bathroom was. He simply led us to the sauna. We didn't even know if he'd come back when our time was up (he didn't) or that there were people receiving massages behind curtains in the same very small space, so we should be quiet. We only realized this ourselves when we noticed we could hear people moving around right outside the sauna.
For the hospitality to be 5 stars, in my opinion I would have appreciated being offered at least water or a towel and have access to a locker for personal belongings. A welcome introduction script for staff to use with new guests could be really useful for newbies like me who just didn't know what to do.
That being said, I hope to return and bring friends for other services! I certainly still recommend this spa.

A friend and I visited today for a massage and it was wonderful. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming. The staff was professional and accommodating. Also, the clientele had great energy. We were able to chat with other customers (whom we've never met) like old friends. I will definitely recommend. Anton was my massage therapist and I will definitely be requesting him again. He's awesome. This place is great for a girls day, date night and even self care. I'm so grateful my friend and I celebrated our birthday here. Lastly, arrive a little early to the appointment as parking is not the best.

I absolutely love this spa! I’ve visited twice, and both experiences have been nothing short of amazing. The atmosphere is serene, the staff is incredibly professional and welcoming, and the spa itself is impeccably clean. Love the ambience of the place.
It’s so spacious inside and has a peaceful atmosphere, everyone I spoke to was friendly. The massage suites were downstairs. I was shown around a bit and offered a tour by my massage therapist Anton, he was very kind and informative. The massage was nice and relaxing, though the room was a bit warm lol. I had a few issues with my neck but Anton tried his best to accommodate me and he put a little more focus on that area which I appreciated. After my massage I was offered wine, tea, water and was allowed to lounge around for a bit, which I loved! I enjoyed my time here and will def book again.

My only con is the parking (which I should have looked up so I’ll take that to the chin), it’s a bit of a hassle, there’s very little parking and it’s on a Main Street, they do have a shared lot a block over but when I checked the price it was nearly $16 for 2 hrs (that was the minimum) that may not be a lot to some of you, but when caught offguard it was a bit much for me. Luckily after calling the facility the lovely lady at the front desk told me a spot in front had just opened up and they sent someone outside to hold it for me, that was very sweet to me!
