So, after visiting here I understand some of the reviews about the customer service and experience HOWEVER, being that it was only two ladies in there working a heavy lunch shift i applaud them for keeping up with the pace and busy lunch hours. I made sure to be respectful to these ladies and understand their demeanor as they were getting these orders out. They greeted us and even made sure to call us back to grab a drink we forgot on the table. Now the food! DELICIOUS. My protein drink after a great gym workout really boosted me. Now I will say I feel Wrap A lot tasted a little bit fresher but this was still some good decently healthy food options. Definitely will be one of my post workout spots

The food was decent. Was initially wanting to try other things from here at a later date. However, upon arrival (after ordering online), no one spoke to me. Not a hello, no welcome, nothing. I then stood there for a few minutes, in front of two workers, and still nothing. Not a word. I finally had to say “excuse me,” to which one worker responded “oh she’ll be up from the back to help you in a second.” Like ma’am I ordered online already. I’m big on customer service so I was quite disappointed that the workers acted like I wasn’t even there.

I asked for a refund immediately!! IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO DAMN STARS I WOULD!!!! I came into this place today and received thee absolute WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever experienced in my life!!! I do not recommend this place , they will argue you down about what it is you want!! Never again will I return! Please close this place down asap or please hire new staff!

No public restrooms 🚽. No good customer service. She wasn’t trying to help us. We had to order from the kiosk. One person and should had more help. I could understand why she would be upset. But tried not to show it.

Poor customer service! The lady y'all have working the front is very rude and unprofessional. I wanna say she is Jamaican or from the islands for sure ! A man came in there and needed help with the kiosk and he had asked her several times for help . She ignored him the first couple of times and finally helped him . I wanted to speak up for the man , but on this day I picked my battles . I didn't feel like arguing with anyone. It's technology and it fails at times and also some ppl aren't tech savvy so going back to the old school way and customer service friendly she could have helped. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie it was gross . I also ordered a chicken Ceasar wrap, it was good not bad. The lady was also on her phone and complaining to someone she is suppose to be getting off at such and such time but it doesn't look like it because people are coming in. I think she was more upset about not getting off idk . But her attitude was not pleasant . You need to hire either more staffing so it won't be so much on one person and professional ppl . This is doing more harm than good to your business. My friend also did a food review on your business and of course her experience was good for content and I told her I didn't have a good experience here and will not return. I also was told you own other businesses that I tried the customer service has to be better boss ! Especially if you want your business to flourish. Wish you all the best !

I ordered the jerk chicken wrap and a drink. Everything was nice and fresh. The only thing I would recommend is wiping down the screen where customers order often. I definitely will be back for more fresh healthy food!

Came in today and got the worst service.
The light skinned gentleman in light blue shirt was rude and I asked questions and he was just nasty. Then there were out of date drinks in the grab and go and where asked about them, very unhelpful. I won't come back here ever again.

I stopped by for lunch today and received exceptional care. The service from Teneille I experienced made me feel like part of the family. I thoroughly enjoy visiting this place, as the food is incredible and the service is top-notch.
