I want the public to read this, I moved here two years ago and when I went there to have my electric turned on, I had to put a deposit down in the amount of two hundred dollars, I was never used to doing this with any other company from different states I've lived. My mine complaint was the quality of the water and how high the electric bill was and never read the meter and as soon as I went there to complain about it the bill went down some because I asked for the proof of the meter reading and they couldn't provide it to me and now I reasently moved to another town and they don't provide service in this town, lucky for me, so I asked about my security deposit and they said you will get it after your final bill. I waited for a few weeks and called them about it because when I got my final bill they somehow incorporated the security deposit to my final bill and it showed zero dollars due back to me, and I had paid the final bill! I asked if they did this to all customers and she wouldn't answer me, I bet they do and the city makes money off of us all. They're thieves and unfair to the people. Please if anyone else experienced this share it. I don't understand how all the deposit money got used up? Because I paid every month and didn't owe anything and they still kept my money.how is it possible for them to to keep all the deposit money right down to the last penny? They are thieves!!! They just want to keep your money for the city budget! It's so unfair.
