So far not good. Been docked for almost an hour and a half. Don’t know the guy who checked me in but he was pretty rude. Had no excitement. I get it, we are working, but why walk around like you got a stick up there? Not impressed by this unloading so far.

Nice staff, give Dock right-way, Loading in 1-2 hours, easy to back, big copper wire Rolls, mostly they secure it in your trailer but before leaving the shipper make sure you recheck your load it’s secure, if not then tell them again otherwise these Rolls can big happen on Road

I am a full time RVer and my Surge Guard had electrical burns on the output. Southwire appreciated my situation, I relocate every month, and sent me a warrenty replacement within a couple days of submitting my claim. I was only in my current location for 7 more days at the time, and they made sure that my replacement arrived before I had to relocate. Fulltiming for a couple years now has made me realize that not many companies with an RV fucus are willing to do this. Southwire did! Excellent customer service.

Horrible customer service. They don't answer emails, send you to voicemail and never respond. And, that's if they don't just disconnect you before you get to voicemail. Product specifications are missing from their website, so I couldn't even find the information on my own.
