They are very professional and respectful of your time. After dealing with another company that told me they changed the belt and motor on my dryer in less than 15 minutes and insulated me when I questioned them about it, this company was a breath of fresh air. Sabrina the tech was very professional and knowledgeable. I’m recommending her to anyone with appliance issues.

In my opinion scheduling and honoring your schedule is equally as important as the quality of work.. I was given a specific schedule time and took off work to meet them at that time only to be told they tried to call and come 2.5 hours early. That is the whole reason for scheduling a time.. I would not use them and don’t recommend them

The range that we purchased from Lowe’s went out after 2 months. The repair person that was sent to fix the range was from Burkhalter’s. Sabrina was very professional and diagnosed the multiple problems immediately. She ordered the parts and arranged a time that fit our schedule to install them. Sabrina was very personable and answered all of our questions while fixing our range. Being happy with the outcome, we would highly recommend her.

If i could give 50 stars i would!! I want to give a huge thank you to the tech that came out to fix my dishwasher today. SABRINA was simply amazing to with with. She was very professional and knowledgeable of her work. She was so very kind and patient with me and all the questions i had. She diagnosed and fixed my dishwasher in no time! She kept me informed of everything that was going on and what my dishwasher needed and why it needed it. She called me as soon as the part came in and showed up on time for the repair as scheduled. I am very pleased with her business and will recommend her to all of my friends and family looking for a good service reapair technician.

Very speedy process! Filed the claim on day one. The next day my service guy called and got parts ordered. Four days later parts are here and my guy showed up to repair my stove. 20 minutes and he’s done and stove works! Couldn’t be happier with my service rep or the entire process!

Sabrina will leave you no call no show with a quickness. Put you off to do other jobs after verifying times with her and then do a really poor job of telling me to take this review down bc she messed up ! Post away ma'am allstate amd square trade have all the emails and messages they need . Work ethic is a negative star if I could .

I was so pleased to have Sabrina the technician come and work on my washing machine. A VERY knowledgeable and professional technician. Rare to get someone of this quality in today's world. She really should be teaching classes for other technicians!! So very happy to have my washing machine working perfectly. It has never worked like it should since I purchased it in October!!! It does now, thanks to Sabrina!
