This is by far the WORST gas company I have ever seen in my life. It is enough to make us have a family discussion about moving.

I have never seen a company monopolize their residents like this one. You have NO CHOICE about which gas company you choose, so they force you to pay whatever it is they bill you for. My mother is paying more than twice what I am per therm in Cobb County, all because she chose her home in Powder Springs. What a HUGE MISTAKE!

Anyone choosing to move to Powder Springs, look closely to make sure you aren't getting pinned in and forced to buy gas from these folks.

I will look into switching everything over to electric and getting a better overall rate there, and then cancel the gas service 100%. I'd rather pay more through an electric bill than to cave in and pay a monopoly one DIME! Worst gas experience ever!

They invested in buying monopoly power in Powder Springs and Austell 10 years ago, and now they use that to extort customers by only offering variable pricing and jacking up the price every winter, regardless of what’s happening to raw LNG prices. Factor a 2-3X increase in your bill during the winter into your budget before you move to a place where they have a monopoly. Down the street in cities with competent government, you can choose from dozens of companies competing to offer the lowest fixed-rate plan. ANG does not offer a fixed rate plan, only an installment plan that spreads out the pain.

Complete rip-off. So disappointed in the company. One month I have a huge credit because I try to pay over. The next month I get a 200+ bill because the we had freezing temperatures and even though I leave the temperature at a set number, the furnace still had to work harder to maintain the set temperature. Such BS. So over it!!!

They only send a bill every 2 months and despite having autopay and updating address my payment never went through because you have to delete the card and reenter not edit and despite doing that twice just to make sure the next months bill also didn't go through either. Now I have 2 late payments on my record. Never had a late payment in my life. Made a manual payment
today with card on file and guess what? It went through just fine. Now the only way to make sure this doesn't keep happening is to prepay 3-4 months at a time which ive done today so they don't ruin my credit with their screwed up autopay system. Not sure if it's a scam to add on .50 cent late fees but I'd rather pay a few bucks more and never have this happen again.

Laziness and do not do their jobs: there is someone that was supposed to be coming to my home to fix the heat issue after already paying in the water was still off we have to still call them is if they don’t have a notification to fix the issue. Someone came out where they did not actually go inside of the home and simply use a lighter and flip the switch. Apparently that’s how you’re supposed to do it. I called several times for the issue but they kept giving me the runaround and saying that since I am apparently not on the account I cannot have a say even though I live here. they left a note on the door saying that the problem was fixed but the problem was obviously not fixed because my husband had to simply do it himself. The only thing that they’re liable for is actually turning off your heat when it’s not needed. And after you paid.

Requested to have my outdoor gas lamp serviced, and turned on almost a month ago! They told me it would be done at their convenience! How would they feel if I paid my bill the same way!!!!

The worst utility service I’ve ever used. They will disconnect your auto pay without notice. They’ve done it twice now.
