My whole home solar installation went smoothly. They completed the installation in a single day. There are minor parts left to install before the inspection can be completed. I am pleased with the work that they have done. The team was professional and quick.

This company is by far the worse I've dealt with. From the beginning this has been a terrible experience. There are really so many things I could speak on but I'd like to start with their customer service, 0. We contact their "customer service advocate" about issues, no response. I've gone as far as forwarding emails from my power company showing they are seeing no difference in our power usage since having the panels "turned on". I think the only way to get their attention will be to contact Dividend their loan provider and explain the problem and refuse to continue to pay. I've recorded outages in my home while grid is not having issues. In fact, I'm laying in the dark right now looking at Colquitt EMCs site & our neighborhood is not experiencing any problems. Please, unless you want to deal with nothing but headache, please if you're in the market for solar panels, please go to a different company. If Dividend their loan provider is unwilling to do anything I am going to stop paying this loan and deal with the consequences. But I will say, "Dividend has been the only helpful part of this process. Yes, Dividend has had ADT Solar pay my bill for months since the system wasn't installed in a timely manner. Listen, I can go on and on about this company but my wife is also submitting a review as well. I love my family and thought I was doing the right thing but I was wrong. Terrible terrible experience. DON'T DO IT!!!!!!! The only reason for 1 star is that they will not allow me to post without 1. If possible i'd give them minus 10. Yes angry, 75k investment.

We had a wonderful experience with Sunpro. It began with our salesman, Matt Thro. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Reggie was the team leader for the installation crew. They were all very professional. The installation crew did a great job and cleaned everything before they left. Everything is up and running and we couldn't be happier with Sunpro!

A great company with even greater people! Stephen, our sales manager, did exactly what he said he would do and that went a long way with my wife and I. Sunpro cares for its customers. For instance, when I inquired about adding a Tesla battery pack(s), Stephen had suggested that we should wait until there was a true need for this backup system. Historically, we have not needed backup, except in rare minor cases, which I have a portable house generated available for on standby. Next, Stephen explained to my wife and I, in great detail, how the Talquin Electric Company Net Metering process worked. In the end, he was right and we were happy not to incur any additional and unnecessary costs at this time. This instance, and others, impressed me because I had already ran the numbers and they did not make financial sense at this time (there was no return on investment if taken now). I am ever confident that Stephen (and Sunpro) cares about his (its) clients and will not steer them wrong. Summarising, Sunpro has a great product but has awesome people who care about their clients and this is what is most important to me. Thus, I enthusiastically recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a solar system at their home or office (Douglas, 2020).

My experience with SunPro has been one of the best experiences i've ever had when it comes to dealing with a company. I called for questions regarding solar power to my home and sales rep, James Loperfido, came out quick and walked me through the whole thing. He was very knowledgeable and professional. Best part was that he didn't try to sell me, he answered my questions and told me the straight forward facts that let it sell itself. The process thereafter was a breeze. The project manager always kept me up to date on the status of the entire process until the day of installation. The crews that came out for install were courteous, respectful, and walked me through every process as they completed the job. Big thanks to everyone involved! 10/10 will refer to interested friends and family. SunPro is the way to go!

Don't even think about it. They don't work. They will put them on your house and say nothing for months, knowing the whole time they aren't working. They send "service technicians" to your home at night, like they can do anything in the dark. They don't respond to emails. When you call, they transfer you to a line where you sit on hold for eternity. Bad product or maybe the techs don't know what they are doing. Horrible customer service. Don't bother commenting on my review with that same email you give out to everyone. No one responds!

Bought Solar from SunPro in 2020, the process went very well. SunPro kept me inform throughout the entire process. From the salesman to the install crew everyone was fantastic! I enjoy receiving my electric bill now, electric bills at times during the year with net metering has been 0 or credit, who wouldn’t love that! I strongly recommend SunPro!!
