I've had Freeman out to service my pump house before and was always happy. They have also been out to test my water and based on the results installed a system to reduce the acidity of my water. This solved the copper corrosion (green stains) we noticed after purchasing the house.

On this call, my pump had died and we had no water. They came out the next day ready to work. Ray and his team did an awesome job replacing the pump in my 250' deep well along with the pressure tank, valves and plumbing. They had to use their crane to remove my large, heavy pump house I built and did it with ease. They also connected up a new waterline I had run to the pump house as the old one was galvanized and I never got around to finishing the job (life happens). They did all the work in the rain while it was 48 degrees outside and not a single complaint.

Freeman had every part they needed on the truck so while it was a ton of work (took 3 guys 5 hours), there were no interruptions and we were back in business that evening. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

Repair truck cracked the edge of my driveway off after they worked on my well pump. After sending pictures and numerous phones calls for someone to come look at it to repair, the owner Lauren Freeman still has not returned my call after 3 weeks. Very poor business ethics and I won’t be recommending or using them again.
** Update - still no one has reached out to me and no response on this review should tell you the owner Lauren Freeman really doesn’t care. Once they get paid they don’t care.

Good quality work done quickly. Ronnie and Roger came out Thursday afternoon, exactly when we needed them. They diagnosed the issue quickly and promised to return first thing the next morning to take care of the needed repairs. Ronnie even explained how we could safely get enough water without doing further damage to our pump equipment. Ronnie and Taylor returned the next morning to complete the repairs. The repairs were done in a very timely manner. We really appreciate the quick response and efficient work.

Ray & Nicolas did a great job of investigating what the problem was with our well and diagnosing the situation. They pulled 340 ft. of pipe and electric wiring out of the well- checking every bit of it for cracks or leaks, and ended up replacing all of it, as well as
our well pump. They were friendly and professional, and a pleasure to have in my home.

I called to get my water tested for the purpose of mitigating an odor. The person that scheduled the testing said they do a combination filter inspection/water test check and sent an invoice in advance, which I paid. After the technician came out, I was reimbursed for the amount paid and told I only need to pay for the water testing if I don’t purchase the filtration system they recommend. That’s great, but I was a little confused as to why a filter inspection was included with the original invoice. I reviewed their proposed filtration system and it requires an investment which I was prepared to make for better water. Before making such an investment, I wanted to make sure I understood the details so I had several questions related to: 1. Details about the filter 2. Labor costs and 3. Other misc. material costs. Part of their proposal was to do maintenance on an existing softener system. It included 7 bags of salt pellets that were a little higher priced than what I was paying at Lowe’s; however, I didn’t want that to get in the way of the bigger picture and I wanted to support the local business. After getting through all that, I was ready to schedule the service and it became difficult. Over several days, I emailed and called and was sent to voicemail. I thought I made clear the dates I would be out of town and also I had pending jury duty. I finally got a response via email that the service was scheduled for a date I would be out of town. I ultimately got spooked away from doing business given the large investment and difficulty with communication, so I asked them to cancel the service. Amazingly, I got a response almost immediately that they would take care of the cancellation. I wish this company the best, but I believe things happen for a reason and I’ll be looking for another local business for this service.
