Justin Champaign is top notch. He goes above and beyond, not just going through the motions. Justin diagnosed an issue with the regulator at the generator and advised replacement. Before replacing the regulator he tested the propane supply pressure again to ensure the issue was in fact the regulator. Confirmed the supply pressure was appropriate and completed the replacement. Very knowledgeable and thorough. Appreciate all you do Justin!

We just had a whole house generator put in by Anderson Power last week. They did a wonderful job installing everything. Today Justin came out to hook up an additional surge protector, and to test run the unit. We were very impressed by how thorough he was. I am so happy that we decided on this company.

Having a whole house Generac is a Wonderful Thing!! We had ours installed almost seven years ago after retirement so we could travel without worry when/if power goes out. Things like pool pipes freezing, refrigerators getting hot, security not working to name a few... Everyone at Anderson Power Company over the years has been a pleasure to work with; from planning, to installation and yearly maintenance has alway run smoothly! SEAN MCBRIEN, the latest Technician to perform yearly system maintenance was more of the same. Very courteous and professional! He performed a tuneup, replaced the 6yr old battery and wiped the interior/exterior down before leaving. Just a great company with great people!

As usual, Anderson power provides first class service again. I had maintenance today on my Generac, which was performed by Justin C.. He is a great representative of Anderson power and was thorough, on time, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I look forward to seeing him again on my next scheduled maintenance.
