I am a big fan of this location! They have such a great variety and the layout is really nice. I've always had great customer service here. I especially had great service from Claire. She is so friendly, knowledgeable, knows where everything is, and very patient. You can totally tell why she is a manager here, she truly is the definition of wonderful customer service.

Great place if you need to replace car key fobs and batteries. They program them, and the price is at least half what the dealership charges. Battery replacement costs next to nothing. The service is exemplary, and they’ll reprogram / replace while you wait.

In my 33 years , I had never been inside an ACE Hardware store until today. I went to look for a specific battery and I would just like to say that the customer service was unmatched. I know that it’s a chain store, but it had the feel of a small mom and pop store. Everyone had great southern hospitality, the store had great products, overall it was very clean. Will definitely be returning.

I wish I had committed to going here (and not going to the Chamblee Lowe's) sooner. Just imagine walking into a hardware store that has helpful employees in several departments, and since the store is much smaller than a Lowe's or Home Depot, you don't have to walk around forever to find them. Despite the small size, it has 95% of anything I've ever needed in inventory. Also, when you call on the phone (to make sure they have something), an actual person who's friendly and helpful answers... like we're back in the 90s. Stay awesome, Chamblee Ace.
