Used to be able to pay bills through their automated system, but it hangs up on you half way through. If you call the office to pay your bill they are extremely RUDE, and tell you too bad so sad we are the only ones to give you power. We'll if I can't pay my bill due to your system, WHAT DO WE DO?

Flint Linemen are the best. Also PYW is a great option. You can do everything over the phone.
The City of Warner Robins water department will not do anything over the phone. Also the City utility department charges you to make a card payment on their automated phone system. Flint does not charge to make a payment. The City of Warner Robins Utility department needs to take lessons on service from Flint Energies.

Absolutely worst energy company I have ever dealt with. We have over 230 units on our property and if a resident doesn’t pay their bill, flint will put that bill on someone else’s account.

Also, been on hold for over an hour to get service changed to our management company.

I had to go in after buying my first house and get my electricity set up. I was met with a very nice gentleman named James at the front desk who helped me. He did a wonderful job assisting me, making sure I understood all of my options and getting everything set up for me correctly. He got a fee waiver for me and was extremely helpful. I would highly recommend flint customer service because of James.

Backwards I know, I had to come read the reviews after seeing my bill increase so much without any changes in the home. And I’ve noticed they don’t respond to any complaints either. Which to me says they don’t care because they’re going to still get our money is scary. I’m pretty sure if enough of us complain to the city/county council things could possibly get better. I’m going to investigate them, keep track of these fees, and double back with all the information so they’ll end up owing us all! Something is not right. All of you south complaints need to take your complaints to the BBB as well. There’s no way they should have an A+!
