I love Third Space! I train with Allison & she is just lovely. Third Space is where it’s at - specifically with Coach Allison! I have been lucky enough to do personal training with Allison, and she is the BEST at what she does! Allison tailors programming to your goals, and you get a great workout every session. This is hands down the best place you could train in North East GA. I personally have only met and trained with Allison, but just her alone in this specific space is enough. This small and intimate gym allows you to feel more comfortable in your fitness journey and allows you to be vulnerable enough to trust your trainer and their expertise. Allison is constantly putting in the most effort to make sure her clients are getting what they want and need and works overtime to make you feel appreciated and worthy outside of the gym as well. Third Space fitness is a life changing experience, not just a gym. It’s a home. It’s family. It’s friends. There is such a unique and rare balance of friendliness/connection and professionalism which is not a common skill mastered in any business. I highly recommend Third Space Fitness to anyone at any stage of your fitness journey. I’ve tried a few incarnations of personal trainers and gyms and going it alone over the years. And I’ve never gotten such great results so fast as I have training with Allison. She personalizes a program for exactly what I need and changes it up constantly so that workouts are always challenging. I don’t know how she does it, but every day I walk in, she’s fresh and ready to kick my butt. Unlike other PTs, she stays by my side to cheer me on and adjust form and makes sure I’m getting the most out of each workout. In just 3 months, I’m feeling strong again thanks to Allison. Third Space has turned what I felt was impossible to “what’s next?”
