Marcus and friends at EnergyWise have done a wonderful job keeping my 25 year old system up and running over the last four years (that's when I moved into this house). The old system finally had a cracked heat exchange, and it needed to be replaced. Of course, I trust EnergyWise to replace it, as Marcus (and team) has been so honest, reliable, and prompt over the past four years. The first time I called someone out, four years ago, I called a different company and they told me the whole unit was old, couldn't be fixed, needed replacement, and quoted a very high amount. I called EnergyWise at a neighbor's suggestion, and Marcus was out the very same day. Instead of quoting a new untit price, he was able to fix it right away at a very reasonable price. It was a simple issue. He could have easily just quoted me for a whole new unit, as I told him that's what I needed. Instead, he was honest and fixed the old unit. It's been four years of pretty regular calls and fixes to keep it limping along until it finally stopped for good. EnergyWise was able to provide a much lower quote than I received four years ago from that other company. They came out today and installed the new unit and I have central heat and air again! Marcus was very straightforward about pricing and financing options. Knowing that I have a HVAC company with integrity and good response times is a blessing. I highly recommend EnergyWise!

I was searching for a HVAC company to service some mini splits that were in need of repair from another company that just couldn't fix them at my office.

They came out, told me what the problem was upon a full inspection, and even got on the phone with a Tech from the manufacter to aid them through the proces of the warranty that I still had on both units. Since then, I have used them for all my service needs. They are fair, reasonable and professional. You can't ask for a more decent company in these days and times.
I had called another company that installed my home system, but for my office, they didn't install it and I was told that they don't work on anything that they didn't install, so this was a plus to find a company that would. I have them locked in my phone.

When one of our family homes was in need of a new unit, I called them without a second thought to do the install. They came out quickly as i needed them and did a superb job. One of my uniits in my office recently played out, there was snow on the ground and I had no heat. I emailed my situation and asked if they could give me a price to install a new one if i purchased it myself, they didn't budge. They gave me the price, I ordered it, it arrived the next day and they came out with snow on the ground, ICE cold and installed it. I couldn't afford to order one through the company, but they had no problem installing mine the same day that it arrived. I'm grateful to have found them and I tell everybody about them. You won't go wrong if you are reasonable and looking for an honest decent company that stands behind their work.

Marcus arranged for one of the EnergyWise technicians to check out our system on a Friday. Marcus Marcus came on Saturday to assess our situation. Then, he worked diligently to identify a unit that met our needs. On the day of the installation, Marcus and his team arrived on-time or early. They were courteous, respectful; and, completed the installation on time. It is a pleasure to work with them.
