Waiting... we ordered 12 chairs. They delivered quickly. Our mistake we got the wrong color seats. The seats come in separate boxes. I merely want to exchange the cherry seats for black seats. They want me to ship back all 12 chairs. I WANT THE CHAIRS. Why would I ship back 12 chairs just to have them ship them right back to me? Make ZERO logical sense. Do better. Please. Just exchange the seats for me. I've been waiting almost 2 weeks for approval.

Seriously if there was a zero star option I’d give it. Horrible customer service. I broke my chair and my dad without me knowing it went online to buy me one. He is a Veteran and 81 years old. He is forgetful these days and also did not measure the height of the chair needed. Somehow he ordered two different chairs from this place. He called to have them sent back. 35 percent restock fee plus shipping for each chair. No where on the website does it mention a restock fee or that shipping had to be paid. I’m very disappointed with how he was treated and now we are stuck with two chairs that can’t be used. Buyer beware!!!!!

Bought an office chair with them of 300$. Took a year for some parts to start getting threw the leather & paddings. Another year for the leather to start undoing. I reached to them with my original invoice (dated under 2 years) + several pictures of the broken parts + leather, asking for either repairs, a whole new office chair or a credit in their store. Took a week for an answer. It was declined on all levels. To them, it looked like I over used the chair (which I did not! And I weight around 150lbs) and they do not cover that. So very disappointed !!

We bought a bistro table from their Emma + Oliver brand through Amazon. It arrived damaged. We initiated a return request. They sent us instructions to return the product to an address in Texas. The instructions included a mailing label to an address in Omaha. Their home office is in the Atlanta suburbs. The label did not have prepaid return postage, so we are required to pay to return the damaged table before they issue a refund. Amazon should require them to disclose their poor return policy before they sell merchandise on their platform.

We ordered a chair on Friday May 3rd. After getting no information for shipping we called and got a VM for someone that later sent us a tracking number. The tracking number said the label was created on Tuesday May 7th. My wife and I have reached out multiple times and have gotten no response. Here it is May 15th, 12 days after the order was made and 8 days after the shipment was supposedly shipped and we have no chair, no contact and the tracking still says FedEx is waiting to receive it. Buyer beware. Luckily we used PayPal to pay and will be disputing the payment.

Originally we purchased our mattresses from them and the process was great. Well one of the mattress springs broke. The warranty replacement was approved. It’s been two weeks and it hasn’t shipped. It was suppose to leave within 48hrs. In the meantime my family member doesn’t have a mattress.

If I could zero stars, I would.

Have bought several office chairs from this company via Amazon. Have been very happy with them.

One of them recently broke while I was sitting on it. It appeared the broken part was small and potentially replaceable. So instead of buying a whole new chair, I reached out to the manufacturer to see if they had a replacement policy or if I could just get the part I needed.

Long story short, it took almost 2 months of back and forth and 2 shipments, I still do not have all the parts I need. The customer service rep recommended that I just buy a new chair from Amazon and refused to refund my payments even if I shipped back the parts.

So now I've gone 2 months without a chair and have spent more money than if I had just bought one through amazon prime.

That's frustrating and a cruddy customer service experience. I will not be buying products from this company again.
