When changing out my power lines they destroyed the side of my yard, when they DID NOY have to pull in from there at all and left it for me to clean. (Where they pulled in was actually a much more inconvenient spot for them as well than pulling in my yard right to my pole is.) And they ran over several of my tomato plants that were very visible and left them there as well. I will be calling and complaining, it is ridiculous to not have any respect for your customer’s homes.

I went to pay the remainder of a past due bill that I had paid on a few days earlier. I told the lady at the window I wanted to pay the remaining 79 dollars and gave her my card. She repeated the amount I was paying and ran my card. Later the next day I looked at my online banking and she had put a 318.00 charge on my card. As it was on a Saturday I couldn't contact anyone for help. Now I have to make a trip up there tomorrow and MAKE them correct this mistake. I will post on here about the outcome.

They came and took the globe out of the outside of the house for $12.95. My deposit is more than what they took my globe for while I was on vacation. They ruined hundreds of dollars worth of food It cost me $85 to get my power. Turn back on for $12.95 of electric used. This company's predatory congress should look into them one of the worst companies i've ever dealt with in my life

Last night the temps were 12 degrees at my house. I just worked a 12 hour day and wanted a hot shower and sleep. I got home and discovered my power was out as was my elderly neighbors. I called Sand Mountain Electric who had 3 trucks at my house in less than an hour. They replaced the transformer and had my power back on quickly as well as my elderly neighbors. The crew was so friendly and efficient. Thank you all so much,
I can’t tell you how appreciative we are. God bless you all.

Bill fluctuates 200 dollars a month, one bed one bath little house that was a rental house of mine brings a 450 dollar a month bill with hardly anything even running in it. Insanity. I know people with houses twice the size with half the bill, but they live in an entirely different area with a different electric co op altogether, that's all I can tell you.

Not a good idea or a good look to have your employees or affiliates show up on private property with no warning or identification. And leaving damage and a giant mess. Ridiculous.

Utterly disappointed with this company. I cut my service off on the first of the month. I was told that they would cut me a check for my deposit and credit they owed me. Also, I was told that I would receive it in ten business days. After nineteen days I called and was told that the address I provided for getting it was wrong. I told them the address five more times before they got it right. I was then told that I have to call back on Thursday to make sure that they cut my check. I'm so glad I left that town. They should be able to credit my bank account just like the way I pay them. Such a disgraceful company.
