I thought it was worth a review. The atmosphere is very comfortable and the asthetic of the decor is a great touch.

Today wasn't a good day at Panera. There were out of lettuce, tomatoes, and any salad ingredients! Sandwiches and Salads (!) were served without it. No break in price or making up with a cooky, dessert or softdrink.

Might as well be a homeless shelter (refer to photo). Having been customers for years this is just sad.

To start, service was wonderful, only have had one bad experience with a rude employee. Food came quick.

Food was a -10/10. How can a Caesar salad be screwed up? Even when we order warm food it is cold and doesn’t taste well at all. Overpriced hospital food.

The worst overall part is how absolutely dirty this place is. I’ve never seen such a dirty restaurant. We have been coming for years and every single time, we walk around forever trying to find at least one clean table. Not even that the floors overall are covered in food and crumbs. What is shocking is on the left side in front of where the food comes out is 3 tables are covered with ants. We have been coming for months and this still hasn’t been taken care of.

Doesn’t seem to be understaffed and management doesn’t seem to care at all about this place.

Nice new place and customer service was nice. They didn’t enforce masks despite what the sign said so I guess it’s up to you if that’s good or bad.

There was absolutely no plant based items except for smoothies and black coffee. I came here hoping for something more substantial and Ieft dissatisfied. When I asked about anything plant based I was offered eggs.

Still the vibe here was decent and the smoothie was good.

Let me start by saying the customer service is exceptional! I’m very grateful that I can go to a restaurant where good customer service is a thing!

My complaint is my food! I can’t believe I paid $7 for a breakfast sandwich that had a few piece of chicken crumble and the bread the size of two Hawaiian rolls put together. That sandwich was so tiny. The reason I chose that sandwich in the first place is because a friend bought it for me and I loved it! When my friend bought it, it was the perfect size with the right amount of fixings. I was disappointed in my sandwich, but was really appreciative of the great customer service!

Certainly a review could be written for the great price of two bagels, toasted, sliced with butter for only 4 bucks. However, the employee that assisted us was the true star… busy, busy… but smiled, didn’t lose composure — and of course was so good! Thank you!

I go to Panera three to four times a week. That ends today. Their food is not consistent, and it's usually delayed for pickup. I'm adding a picture of what I picked up today, and it should never have left the store. They were all burned and actually cold at pickup. This isn't the first time, and I am no longer paying for food I can't or won't eat.

I tried to see if any were salvageable, and found a hair. I'm done.

I placed a Rapid-pickup order and was told at the window that I would have to come back later because there was no manager at the time and they don't have any bagels. Had they called me beforehand, I wouldn't have wasted my gas driving up there in the cold weather. They've called me before, why couldn't they have called me this morning? I'm sure they weren't busy considering they didn't have much prepared.

Also, there were three workers there, yet none of them knew how to handle opening the morning shift. They didnt even know how to refund my money. Rediculous.
