I ordered a 10-yard dumpster from LDR, and while the initial delivery was on time and customer service was great at first, things fell apart when it came to picking up the unit. The dumpster was scheduled to be removed on a Friday, but by Monday morning, it was still on-site. Instead of proactively notifying me of an issue, I had to call to find out why it wasn’t picked up.

I was told the dumpster was missing a pin to latch the door, but there was no pin present when I opened it initially (I opened it myself). When I suggested the pin may have fallen off in transit, I was asked to provide photo proof that it wasn’t there—something I couldn’t have anticipated needing before starting work. When I asked for their proof the pin was there at drop-off, they just claimed it was, making it a frustrating “your word against ours” situation.

To make matters worse, I was charged a $75 dry run fee, even though the dumpster's chain had a rusted tack weld, suggesting the pin may have broken off through no fault of mine. I ended up buying a $6 pin myself to resolve the issue, only for the dumpster to remain on-site until the following week after heavy rain adding to my tonnage cost, despite sending them proof of the repair.

Every additional day this dumpster was on my site disrupted my operations and added to my frustration. While I was initially pleased with their customer service, the way they handled this situation and shifted blame left me incredibly disappointed. I'm also having to deal with extra fees due to rain adding weight to the load—something entirely avoidable had they removed the dumpster as scheduled.

Our chosen work site is one that demands exactness and finesse (long, narrow driveway and other tricky maneuvering requirements). Hat tip to professional driver Bruce Wayne (not Adam West) who did a super job, and to Yolanda (Point of contact and very pleasant Information spokesperson/scheduler/customer care advocate) who answered all my questions and kept me informed every step of the way. If your project has exacting requirements, this is the company to go with. Excellent job all the way around.

WARNING: Not local, nation wide contractor, terrible service and timing. Bait and switched me and not willing to refund more than $50.

Ordered AND paid for a 40 yard dumpster. After I paid for the dumpster they said they only had a 30 yard available in the area. A 20 yard arrived. We filled it up within 2 hours and asked for them to pick it up. Took a week to even pickup. The entire time I tried to reach out to customer service they said they had someone willing to help but would never reach back out. I asked them to reimburse me the difference between a 20 yard and 40 yard and they only offered me $50 off. The dumpster was 50% smaller!! And they're only offering $50 off lol?

Absolutely the WORST service I’ve ever received. Nobody here has a clue what’s going on. They’re brokers with sales people working from home. They’re quick to take your money and quote you BS prices but slow to deliver.

- Jan 7, 2025 I ordered my first 3 dumpsters. Salesman said, no problem we’ll have them to you to morrow, next day by the latest. Takes my card number, says payment was successful.

- Jan 10, 2025. Crew on ground working, staying in hotels. Voicemail from sales guy, “hey I couldn’t honor the price I gave you, do you still need those dumpsters?” I try to call the salesman, phone line is dead.

- Jan 10, 2025. I email the salesman back, Livid, I call corporate and reach voicemail on every single number in the directory. I finally reach someone who takes another message to have someone call me back.

- January 13, 2025. 2 dumpsters arrive. Still waiting on third. Finally get a long winded apology call from corporate. Now dealing with Diandra moving forward. Diandra informs me that there is no third dumpster and there never was a third dumpster available.

- January 20, 2025. We’ve had 2 successful swaps. I ordered that 1 dumpster be swapped. Diandra charges me for 2 then proceeds to argue with me over text about what I ordered even though order was placed over text and clearly stated 1 dumpster.

January 22, 2025. Second unnecessary charge was refunded.

January 29, 2025. Ordered 2 dumpster swaps. No response.

January 31, 2025. Still no response. Tried calling corporate, got voicemails. Still no response.

Charged me $700 per 30yd dumpster when I was quoted and agreed to $650. I order dozens of roll off dumpsters every year, I have never had an experience this bad and have never left a dumpster rental company a negative review. This isn’t how you do business. Disgusting.

My experience with LDR Site Services was not good and I will NOT use them again, nor would I recommend using them. The ordered units were placed over 300 feet away from the building. When I called back they wanted an additional $75 to come back and move the units to the originally instructed area. My two port-a-potties/portable toilets and one wash station were to be delivered to my commercial building and placed specifically where I needed them. Where I actually needed them was clearly on the receipt. The driver did not ask anyone in the building where these may go and chose to put them as far away from the building as possible without trying to get a hold of someone to confirm. They were put so far away from the building it was ridiculous and confusing. They wanted my medical staff to walk 300 feet away to use them while a major repair was being done in my building during the winter. I refused to pay an additional $75 and customer service told me they would come back out to move them and they never did. This was a horrible experience.

I recently used LDR Site Service for a home renovation project and was impressed with their service. The dumpster was delivered on time and placed exactly where I needed it. The staff was friendly and professional, and the pricing was fair. I would recommend LDR Site Service to anyone needing reliable and efficient dumpster services. Thank you Kyle M great service.

Worst dumpster company I have ever used. Dumpsters are disgusting and rusty. No phone call confirming drop off or pick up. Left a mess when picked up. Asked for a location and they placed as far from it as possible. This company is a joke.

Ordered 40 yard bins & PAID FOR 40 yard bins. The day of delivery they stated they only have 30 yard bins & that’s what they are dropping off. I told them NO I want what I PAID FOR. I canceled it & they charged me a $200 cancelation fee. What absurd.
