Breach of faitth. Best Buy used to have good support and good management. I'm sad to say this is no longer the case. I've spent thousands of dollars on a full house Sonos Premium System, Premium TVs, high end desk top computers, iPhones and Pixel phones and even an S9 Irobot vacum. About 4 years ago I bought the geek squad premium support plan with the assurance by the manager that they will provide complete support for all of our products that we purchase from Best Buy as long as we maintained our annual fee and there was no need to buy long-term support plans.

The manager and the company gave false representation. They're now telling us this is not true. They provided zero support for our $1200 Irobot S9 and they are now telling us that the geek squad plan only supports computer support.

After spending well over $10,000 in the Best Buy store based on these previous assurances, we certainly feel defrauded. Unfortunately, this company has lost its integrity and lost its way. We will no longer shop at Best Buy again I cannot recommend the integrity of the company at all. And honestly, in our opinion, they no longer care about their customers anymore.

I am so angry. This afternoon I came into the Canton store to purchase 2 Ring floodlight cameras cost $249.99 each. The greeter pointed to where they were. I went to make sure that they had them in stock. There were 2 in stock but locked behind glass. I told the greeter that if she would open the glass I would check out. She said I would have to wait until someone else could help me should be there in 5 minutes. After 15 minutes and two associates walking past me without speaking. I walked out!
I am a long time customer of Best Buy. Several TVs 4 iPads 4 iPhones 2 sound bars + numerous other items. The last 3 times I have been in this store the customer service has been terrible.
I guess they no longer want me as a customer!

Update: after reaching out to corporate I believe some stores had a chat about this and they seem to have come to the agreement that it should be one per buying customer not one per household and I find that fair it’s not fair to assume we are trying to scalp this and not just collect and as far as the website I was basically told because of “terms and conditions” they are not responsible or liable if info isn’t right in their ads or website Original post: Came in to buy some Pokémon cards and they not only were misleading on their website (I have proof) saying they could sell products that they couldn’t they also denied me getting my OWN 151 bundle because my husband was there at the same time so we technically counted as one so HE was allowed to buy but I couldn’t and that is not fair we legit came in separate cars everything and yet somehow we are one person I feel like I was discriminated against I haven’t been able to get ANY 151 cards and I thought I was going to be able to get ONE 6 pack like come on… this was unfair and not good customer service

An employee blasted rock music at the absolute loudest volume. While I enjoy rock music, it was hard to talk to my husband and pick out a headset. On top of that, no one wanted to run the register. The guys were too busy flirting with the female employee to actually run the register.

Got my kids some grilled cheese sandwiches which were excellent and their chips are healthier than the average. We did not have to wait very long to get our food or order our food. The staff were friendly and competent. I would definitely take my kids there again or go there myself.

Horrible management interaction while attempting to return a cell phone case. I was told by manager Brian that I was out of the return window, which is true but I was hoping that wasn't a problem. I had unused product and receipt. When I said I was sorry, it took me a minute to get back to a Best Buy. I told him I would take store credit if I needed too. He said it was corporate policy, they set the return policy. I said management on the ground can probably make the call. Just like at my company. He and I started to get heated, he said he could have helped me but instead I needed to get out. OMG, this whole scene over a $40 piece of plastic that covers a cell phone. His entire livelihood is based on customer service and returning customers. Well Brian just lost a lot of that. Sorry but I will not be returning to this store.

I wouldn't recommend expecting much help with your purchase or questions while shopping here. Employees frequently walk past without offering assistance, and some are even rude when approached. This isn’t my first negative experience at this store, so I’ll be sticking to North Point from now on. I had to leave without completing my purchase because no one could assist me in locating a laptop that showed in stock but wasn’t available on the floor
