They did an excellent job installing a large home generator for us and have since
provided excellent maintenance and support.

Today the company received an alert from our generator that there might be an issue. The company responded immediately and sent a skilled technician, Shawn, to check it out. It turned out it was time for annual maintenance and everything was fine. This demonstrates the excellent level of continuous support you get from this company. We highly recommend that you purchase the annual service contract which includes the weekly testing and continuous monitoring that the Company offers.

They have an easy to use app that allows you
to easily follow the testing and monitoring of your generator.

We have had our generator for several years now and are very happy we chose to use this company. Highly Recommend.

I had a Kohler 26RCA quoted and installed this week and the three gentleman that came to install the unit were very polite and knowledgeable. They were informative and made sure before they left that my pilot lights were back on and I fully understood the system before they left. Jackie made sure I had all the information to load the application in my android. She explained again the process for service and how they monitor the system. I would gladly suggest them to anyone interested in a quality unit installed. I live in Elberton, Ga and I am on the outer edge of their coverage but they still made sure I was a happy customer.

GenSpring Power installed our Kohler generator a few years ago, and the professionalism and quality of service was top-notch. Recently, we needed another gasline installation, and because they were so great first time around I reached out again to ask for their assistance. They immediately obliged, and the team came out and were professional and experts in their field. I received quotes from Bardi and R.S. Andrews, and not only were their estimates higher, their approach and methodology to installation seemed as though they didn’t know what they were doing — they offered verbal quotes but never followed up with an email or anything. GenSpring Power is the way to go!

After 9 years being a customer I realized that I was blindly trusting their service when clearly something was wrong, my unit had a "maintenance service" done in February this year and I trusted as usual that everything was done right, well after a recent power interruption I noticed that my unit didn't started, went there to check it and discovered that the generator was left without oil since last visit. Gratefully it didn't started because it showed a "low oil level message" that prevented it from starting also no oil leaks visible at the moment. After this happening I will never work with this company again. PS: I called the customer service number before posting this review and the woman that took my call immediately blame me after hearing what happened without taking any accountability knowing they were the only people that have touched that equipment since it was installed brand new. Please be aware.
Update: A technician came to check the unit finding out that the oil drain hose fittings were left loose after last service, reason why the unit leaked all the oil, fortunately the problem was corrected and as of right now I started a new service contract with a different company.

My experience with them was just okay! I feel there are things that could have made it better.

I used them for maintenance on my Kohler generator and I couldn’t find any other company to service a Kohler.

First I find it a bit off putting that you have to pay money before you schedule and before anyone shows up at your house.

Next, after I paid they said someone would reach out to schedule. No one did for a few days, so I emailed them and they told me a date that they hadn’t communicated with me about. What if I had continued to wait for them to reach out like they said they did?

And then the tech left with my generator running in the on mode, instead of auto. So I come home on a day when my power is fine and the generator is running. It turned out to be an honest mistake, but I guess just with all the other things I just feel meh about this place and hope I can find someone else to service my generator.

I will say they seemed to service it fine, and they email communicated promptly, which I do appreciate.

GenSpring put in a Kohler generator at my house 8 years ago, and did an excellent job explaining everything beforehand and on the installation.

They have done a great job maintaining it ever since. (Like a car, a generator needs regular maintenance.) DJ came out today and did the maintenance on the generator and did a wonderful job explaining the maintenance process. He was also able to answer a number of other questions I had.

If you need a generator, GenSpring does a wonderful job, I would highly recommend them.
