Ich kann greenergy24 ohne wenn und aber empfehlen!

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Kundenservice, der immer schnell Reagiert hat.

Auch bei Problemen beim Wechsel des Stromvertrages wurde geholfen um dieses gemeinsam aus dem Weg zu räumen 🙂

Achtung, der Anbieter hält sich nicht an errechnete Abschläge für den über CHECK24 erstellten und im Vertrag abgeschlossenen Abschlag für Strom. Ich soll nun fast das doppelte an Abschlag zahlen und man nennt mir erfundene Begründungen um sich auf meine Kosten mit zinsloser Liquidität zu versorgen. Es ist eine bodenlose Frechheit und wird rechtlich durch meine Rechtschutzversicherung bestätigt, durch einen Anwalt verfolgt werden.

Ich kann Greenergy24, im Vergleich zu vorherigen Anbietern die ich hatte, nur empfehlen. Bisher keine Probleme mit Abrechnung, Bonus oder sonstigen Themen.
