This place is awesome! All of the trainers have great customer service and Andrea is so helpful. The classes are fun, fast paced, and great for people who like functional movements! The facility is always clean and every workout is different! Expect many team members that will push you to be your best!

This gym offers a great combination of strength, cardio and endurance . What else do you need in a workout out? The coaches are fantastic!! Chris (manager) and Mitchell (owner) made my husband and I feel welcome. We were the newbies but felt immediately as part of the group. The facility is great! I am greatful to have had the opportunity to work out at Strongside and look forward to go back the next time we are in Woodstock. HIGHLY recommend them !!

Update: we went back to Woodstock to visit family and Strongside received us with open arms!
FANTASTIC GYM!!! They really make people better.

Strongside will be the best thng you ever do for yourself. It is an awesome gym with awesome coaches and welcoming and amazing members . The environment is a spectacular community and you will be surrounded by all different fitness levels and abilities. Strongside makes you feel at home from the minute you walk in the door. Everyone there will help you with your consistency and you will try all different types of exercises that will help you be the best version of you! . I have gained so much from working out at Strongside physically and emotionally and it is challenged me to be better everyday . Do yourself a favor and walk through the doors. I promise you will never look back!

I can't say enough about the positive experience my wife and I had at StrongSide when we came to visit family for two weeks. Beautiful facility, excellent coaching, and great programing. I can't say enough good things about this gym! The coaches always greet you by name upon entering the gym, and each workout is not only explained to you but also demonstrated. After becoming a member 6 months ago, I have come so far in my fitness journey and have accomplished several personal best. I owe this all to superb coaching, team support, and consistant communication, through monthly emails and weekly instructional podcast.This is truely a gym like no other, and a community of fitness leaders that care about you and your personal growth. I have found my fitness home!
