Buyer Beware.... I bought my appliances through City Plumbing. I was told what appliances were trustworthy. My refrigerator is a lemon, but City filled it with water bottles, forming a cooler. This kept the temperature steady enough for them to not cover anymore service or a replacement.

I worked with Kelley Garrett at City Plumbing & Electric Supply Company in Jasper, GA. She is very knowledgeable, offered great points to consider, and is very patient. I lost count of how many times I stopped by to look at different options as I went back-and-forth, trying to make decisions. Ha! Kelley is very nice, it was a pleasure working with her while building our home. We purchased all plumbing fixtures/accessories and kitchen appliances at CPE. Kelley was very prompt in sending quotes, making changes as necessary, and getting orders placed. There was a significant manufacturer's delay in receiving the dual fuel range and, when it was finally delivered to CPE, it was damaged. Kelley was able to get another allocated very quickly. CPE offers many options and competitive pricing. I'm especially happy that they service the appliances they sell - unlike the big box stores, you won't get handed off to a third-party service company. I highly recommend CPE in Jasper and, specifically, Kelley Garrett.

Brian Jones @City Plumbing -Jasper, has been fantastic to work with! My wife are building a custom home with Precision Custom Home Builders and they refer all of their clients to City Plumbing. I totally understand why. They have a great showroom to browse though, and Brian is very Knowledgeable in all of the selections. He never got frustrated with all of our questions and was very responsive to emails and phone calls. The quotes are very competitive and you get awesome customer support! Highly Recommend.

Was served by Brian Jones, who is knowledgeable, helpful and customer centric.
Brian helped my wife and I sort through the myriad of options as we chose appliances and plumbing/lighting fixtures for our home. We had one hiccup (ordered a fridge in Feb 2020 and by December had still not received it (no fault of Brian or City Plumbing…manufacturer had major issues). Brian offered us several alternative options and we got our new fridge this January!

We went to City Plumbing & Electric to pick out appliances and plumbing fixtures for our new house. Bryan Jones was a GREAT help. He was very patient and informative; giving helpful suggestions. They had the GE Cafe appliances on display when none of the other stores I called had them on display. Also, their prices were the best BY FAR. I highly recommend them and will use them for all my future appliance, plumbing, and lighting needs.

Customer service we got from Brian Jones was top notch. His knowledge of all the products in the Jasper showroom was amazing. He really helped my wife and I to make our selections for appliances, plumbing and lighting because of his knowledge and guide ace. Not once did I feel he was trying to up sell anything. Their prices will commonly beat or match sites like Wayfair and amazon. Also, they carry appliances such as Wolf, Viking, and Jenn air. Great selections, great showroom and great staff.
