Nathan installed our invisible fence and did a fantastic job! I was worried about how we would install it into our garage because we don’t have enough outlets. Nathan found the perfect spot in our basement and neatly ran wires through the walls to the outside in a way that was barely noticeable. He helped us figure out a boundary line that worked for our needs and offered helpful suggestions for some problems that we had. The part of our IF that overlaps our property fence is neatly attached and we barely see it. I would recommend IF to my neighbors and friends and we appreciated Nathan’s work ethic and friendliness.

One year with Invisible Fence and by far the best investment we have made to contain our two active bird dogs. They enjoy the freedom to run and explore within the fence boundaries. Excellent experience with the technicians all four visits.

This past home visit was an impressive 24 hour turn around from scheduling an appointment to having someone at our door. NATHAN was our technician, and he is top notch. I received a helpful time update from him so I could go about my day without staying at the house for a window of several hours. He was professional and quick to remedy the problem without making me feel rushed. He took extra time to explain a couple of things I forgot and a few things I missed the first rounds of training. You can tell he enjoys his job and is very good at it.

The up front service plan was ultimately a money saver for us. And even with the temptation of chasing the local wildlife, our dogs understand and abide by their boundaries which is impressive for active dogs bred to run far.

If given the choice, we would invest in this fence all over again. Happy contained dogs and excellent technicians are a good combo!

We've had invisible fence for about a year now and happier than ever!!! When we installed service with them a year ago, unlimited training was a stretch but thought long term-wise it would be worth it. We were so happy we made that investment!! because our dog must be Einstein. He figured out how the fence worked and started activating the emergency turn off causing him to not have corrections once he crossed over his boundary... So smart... Invisible Fence was so helpful with getting our pup re-trained. With the staff help and a special thanks to Madison, trainers, we were able to get him retrained, out of harms way, and without any cost to us. Thank you so much IF!!

Well we’ve had our fence about four years and love it however today added a fourth collar, we opted out of having them come out an do the training because well it’s pretty basic, we can manage to work with our fourth fur babe on our own there’s no need. So I drove the hour and ten minutes to get the collar, get home and it’s not adjusted high enough, no effect on fur babe whatsoever and apparently the service plan I’ve paid for does not cover coming out to make collar adjustments which is pretty ridiculous if you ask me considering it is part of the system after all and I did just make this company $495 for the dang thing. No need to mention the cost of set up to begin with, three other collars, battery plan and the service plan! Pointless to say but if I could go back four years I would’ve just gotten a normal fence installed because this is a continuous money pit. If you have money to spend anytime and at the drop of a hat to have them come out or the time and gas money to just hop in the car and make 2-3 hour round trips to make adjustments that may or may not work then this is for you, if not.. keep looking. Today I spent $495 and it was a waste because I can’t get back up there again anytime soon and I don’t have another $179 I think he said ? just to have someone come adjust a collar voltage, because like I said we don’t need the training, we’ve seen it done already.

You can do better.

Invisible Fence has great technicians to install, and great trainers! We have had a great experience so far after just getting our invisible fence installed a few weeks ago. It’s no nice to let our dogs run free in the yard now and not worry about them running off to the neighbors or into the road. They love having the freedom too. I highly recommend this company. It’s worth it!

Best purchase we ever made‼️
We tried those DIY fences and every time it rained we had to but a new one.
With invisible fence Six years doggy stress free!
The gentleman that helped us with our fence was wonderful. He spent time with our puppy Cash and trained him on his boundaries. Cash has lots of freedom in the front and backyard. We never have to worry about him getting hit by cars. He is safe in our yard with Invisible Fence.

We love this company and all of our experiences have been positive. We do a lot of rescue and so they had multiple trips to our home when new dogs arrived. They were always professional and kind. We were so pleased with the fence at our home we installed one on our 25 acre farm. Our dogs are happy and safe. When we have had issues with collars or equipment they always quickly come to fix any issues. The best part is the collars work both at home and on the farm, so no switching collars at each location. We are about to tryout some of the indoor products and will let you know they do. Keep up the good work.

This is a great device for keeping your pets safe at home, yet letting them run free in the yard at will. I used another brand for a previous dog, but it did not last well and left much to be desired. Invisible Fence has a number of great features, including letting the dog get right to the edge of the yard before getting warned or corrected, so there is no wasted "correction zone." Also, if he does leave and get past the correction, he can return to the yard with no correction when he crosses back over the wire. I had some installation problems at first, but the company made good on it and extended my warranty, and I have had no problem since.
