QCells' solar systems allegedly do not provide warranty coverage for their solar panels in any state, as evidenced by our experience in Florida, where they claim California has jurisdiction, thereby requiring litigation to be pursued in California. Consequently, they purportedly refuse to honor their warranty. We have been engaged in a dispute with them for two years. We aim to inform the public about this issue, as consumers should be aware of it before purchasing @Cells solar panels. Please refer to the attached court documents from the Polk County Circuit Court.

Lower pay and longer hours than their workers should receive.
Often enough, they purchase defective and sub-par materials and try to make it work.
Three primary languages are spoken: Spanish, English, and Korean.
Their solar cells that make an awning and a good show-piece, above the parking lot, were never plugged in.

Read previous reviews so I stopped at the pilot for food and snacks. Once I checked I was immediately put in a door less than an hour to unload with signed ppwk in hand. The nice lady receiver clerk said they are 24 hrs but between 8-5 she is at the receiving desk outside of those hours it could be a lengthy wait

Pls note all drivers who is dropping off the load here. Don’t go to door number 5 this door only for load pick up. If u dropping off load go to the back off the building until u see docks on ur left side. Put ur trailer to one of any dock door & give them ur paper work. Don’t come early to this location because you won’t be able to get in.They open the gate 8 am & very slow people’s.

Truckers BEWARE! Avoid at all costs. They do not practice common pickup procedures. They require pictures or emails of all relevant dispatch information and hand information off to them by handing over your phone. Can not stay in your truck while loading. They run late; appointment is at 1400 and door time was 1850.

Drivers . Avoid this place for PU. They are unprofessional. They keep telling you "You are next for loading".
We had appt 6/20 @ 10 am . Is 6/21 9:30 am and we are still the next truck for loading.
