I was Camping at Sloppy Floyd park and had an issue with my blackstone griddle. Just got a new tank, didn’t figure it was that so I replaced the regulator. Well, that didn’t fix it either. I went Back with everything in tow to see if the problem could be resolved. Garret gladly looked at it. He checked to make sure the tank was releasing gas properly and the hose at the other end. He even went as far as taking the gas line off and found where a dirt dobber started his business. Garret got it cleaned out and the griddle going and that’s saying a lot considering most people today wouldn’t touch it if it wasn’t theirs. No this wasn’t life or death but it saved the eating on the camping trip!! Also it is refreshing to see a young man exercise some initiative and kick some butt!! Not because he had to because he wanted to help me out. Thanks again garret 👍🏻

after 28 years as a customer I did not use over 400 gal in a year of gas now they want to charge me 238.50 usage fee. I have been a loyal customer and now will change to another company. They also said they would sell me the tank for 700.00 I've had this tank since 1989. Guess loyality don't count. Thanks for reading.

I bought a house with a tank tank had no name on it. We called another company had it filled they came and took the tank without me, knowing he would not refund me the money from the propane I had put in there.
