If I could give 0 stars I would... I have an issue with the amount charged to my account as do many others in speaking with other City of Summerville Water customers and no one will take a second to double check the charges in question.... My bill went from 8,500 Gallon usage to over 20,500 gallons in one month but the following month all is well and back to the norm. My bill went from $75-$80 to well over $200! But just for the month of June.... Why? No one has answers nor will anyone assist me with finding any without first paying even more money! ($30!). If I had a water leak of over 12,000 gallons it seems like my yard would be saturated nonetheless! Other than the rain I have a Desert For a yard!! Perhaps having unusable unsafe water is the reason, maybe they need more funds for spermatic customers to help assist with the contaminated water issue. Every few weeks for a few weeks there sending an advisory to boil the dirty water..... seems like the least they could do since we’re all having to pay for water we can half use is be Diligent with all aspects of the job customer service meter reading so forth and so on

Any time we have issues, they have come out and fixed them. Very nice and helpful. We had a leak from our water heater, and they adjusted my bill to account for the leak.
