We selected Suncatcher of Atlanta to install 170' of Natural Gas line from our meter to our new swimming pool heater. My biggest concern was how well the trench would be dug and then re-burried neatly. In other words, I was hoping to NOT create a need to hire a landscaper to restore my lawn. Suncatcher delivered! Each square of lawn was carefully removed and later on, put pack in the same place!! Unbelievable! I was so impressed with the opening I took these pictures. Our unit was installed by a company that has since gone bankrupt. We were having a problem with the Solar Edge battery and I was advised by them to call Suncatcher. From the first call to them to receipt of the final invoice, it’s clear that this is a thoroughly professional organization. Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, helpful, friendly, and responsive. The difference between Suncatcher and our previous company was marked and, given that we live in a rather remote area, I was very appreciative to have such a professional and reasonable company with which to work with. I recommend them wholeheartedly. We will employ them in the future for solar panel cleaning, and any repairs that need to be done. A true five star company.

Everything from start to finish was handled flawlessly, from the initial consultation to planning to execution. Pearson was extremely helpful through talking through our needs and the best way to execute them, as well as getting it facilitated through the whole process with the county and Georgia Power. Dillon and his team were extremely professional and got things installed and programmed in a timely manner. Everyone was super responsive and clearly care about getting things done the right way and to make sure things are the way you want it. Highly recommend this company if you want solar panels!

Suncatcher of Atlanta came highly recommended by my electric company when I inquired about solar. Suncatcher of Atlanta provided a very detailed explination of their products and services and spent time to understand my interests before designing the system I ultimately chose to install. The system consisted of 28 x 400w solar panels and 2x 9.7kwh battery backup with inverter and switches. Suncatcher of Atlanta took care of the engineering study of the roof structure, county inspections, and tie-in with the electric company grid. The system is powerful enough to run my 3200 heated sqft home all day and most of the night even during the coldest and shortest days of the year. Sun is pretty good here around Atlanta. I use my system to run my electrical needs 24x7 meaning my batteries are not held in a reserve status, but rather discharged every evening to provide electric when the sun is down.

My system is now 2 years old. The solar panels have been awesome but I've had programming issues with the inverter leading to a recent replacement under warranty. Suncatcher of Atlanta has been instrumental in representing the issues with the manufacturer and the inverter replacement was completely in their hands. On occasion, the manufacturer updates software which may change my reserve settings on the batteries. However a quick text to Pearson and the problem is fixed promptly. When purchasing a system such as this, service after the sell is extremely important and Suncatcher of Atlanta has always been there as a reputable installer that the manufacturer respects.
