The worst electricity company I've ever met in my life, only two people in a house, and the light arrives at $200 every month is complete madness they are abusers, you call and tell them to explain to you why a bill is so expensive and they only tell you that they can't do anything that you clean the heater. I wish I could switch to Dalton utilities

You know it is bad when you pay 200 a week, not month, but week for lights. I live in a two bedroom two bath trailer.
Three bedroom homes don't pay this much for electricity. They don't care if we have to eat, make care payments, medica, and water. All they care about is money. They get away with it because we can't get another electrical company here.

This company sucks compared to Dalton Utilities. My power always goes out and I lose food in my fridge and they always take over 12 hours to get my power turned on while everyone around us have power from Dalton Utilities. And when you you call the customer service number they make it where you can’t even call to speak to a real person.

Be me. Had power outage for guests staying at one of my properties in ENTIRE complex.

Call them , they said they're aware of the situation, I ask them what they are doing that is actionable. The lady literally said "I have no idea" 24+ hrs. Nothing. Darkness.

You'd have better luck with the automated robot system instead of these inept people.

Been calling them for WEEKS, at random times, in order to set up an account. When calling their "24hr a day, 365 days a year Assistance" line, don't expect much. You will IMMEDIATELY be told by the automation "due to our High Call Volume, we cannot answer." WORST company I have ever dealt with. Not that they care, bc it isn't like you can just use another. 🤷🏼‍♂️

The most unreliable power company inn the industry. I lose service often and these crooks still charge me an outrageous amount every month. Today is 3/26/24 it's 11:15 am & my power has been out since 2am. I think Georgia power should reimburse me for my groceries that have melted since the outage.

Georgia power is absolute garbage. Always the first to go out and the last to come back on. Wish I could switch back to North Georgia Electric. I am honestly contemplating moving out of their area. They are a joke.
