Jennifer was great to work with for my face sculpt session!
The room was relaxing and all the procedures were well explained since this was my first visit and I had a few questions.
My family can’t believe the results with only 1 visit with tightening my neck and overall skin tone and texture.
I did find out I need to drink more water than I currently am to help my skin health.
Jennifer was a wealth of knowledge and I’ll definitely be back!

This place is a super awesome with a lot of great trainers for different fitness goals! There's no toxic gym culture. Added bonus is all gym-goers and staff are friendly and welcoming! I absolutely love it here!

I was in town temporarily for work and found this gym. Atheena and Alex are the best. Everyone is welcoming and encouraging. The environment is fantastic and if I return to the area I would love to use this gym again. There’s equipment for every type of workout. Definitely recommend.

Love this gym and the people! I started working out with Atheena almost two years ago and I love the way she always changes up my workout and keeps me motivated. I would never workout on my own so I appreciate that she really makes it fun and keeps me coming back for more!

I was in town for just a few days for work this week and needed a gym outfitted with bumper plates, rowers, bikes, kettlebells, etc so I could stay with the programming that I follow. This place had everything that I could possibly need in a very well maintained gym with an all around awesome set up and with great people. And to top it off you can get some boxing training in with Coach Alex (didn’t partake this time but 100% will if I’m in the area again — just overhearing him giving cues as I was training I could tell he’s very knowledgeable). 10/10 would recommend!

I can’t express how much I love this place. The environment is like no other. Everyone is super nice and helpful.
