2025 snow/ice storm. My sister lives alone in Ellijay, ga. She started calling 4 days ago to have Gas delivered. Even up until 5:00 the night before the storm was suppose to hit. I called for her as well. I was assured they would get to her. She lives on a back road about 5 miles from town. They never took her Gas. However, my other sister who lives in town got some delivered. So did other customers. This company needs to have a meeting. To my understanding, senior citizens or a family with small children are to prioritized...She wasn't....he was just totally pushed aside....

So impressed with and grateful to Star Energy. My national company gave me a delivery date of over a week away. When I called after they failed to show they said they had no date for me at all. Star Energy showed up less than 24hrs after my call and filled my tank for almost $1 less per gallon than the other company quoted. That’s real money! You know who I’ll call from now on.

Just got hung up on bc I didn’t know what size tank I have. I am so sorry lady but my husband passed away and I haven’t had to deal with this before. Don’t recommend.

I have used star energy for a number of years and they have always brought propane quickly and if I need anything else with heaters they do that at well. The have been consistently the lowest price fuel in our area.

In this day and age, how can a business not have a web site? Sad that they are so very behind the times.
