Words cannot easily describe how helpful Stacy has been. In 4 months I have lost over 25 pounds, and though I have stopped my membership with her I am still able to contact her with questions and concerns anytime. She's responsive, knowledgeable, and great at encouraging her clients when things seem tough. If you want to achieve a new goal weight, let her help you out!

Stacy is extremely dedicated to her clients. She takes a very comprehensive approach with her clients and addresses not only their physical needs, but also their emotional and mental needs. She really meets her clients where they are physically and tailors a plan to fit their needs. I have seen noticeable results very quickly. She is very energetic and positive. I highly recommend her.

Stacy is amazing, kind, and thoughtful! She’ll make sure there are modified versions of exercises for people with shoulder, neck, back, or joint problems so they don’t hurt themselves. She’s extremely welcoming and positive too! Her barre class is tiring but amazing. I seriously enjoy her classes!

Stacy is an amazing Healthy Lifestyle coach (Nutrition, Fitness, and Overall Wellbeing)! Due to COVID, the amount of stress at work - with a new position, and buying / renovating a house was overwhelming. I needed to get my health back in check before it made me miserable. I knew that going back to the gym on a regular basis was not going to work for my lifestyle so I started working with Stacy. I absolutely LOVE this women. She lives in a different areas so we meet virtually. But since meeting her a lot of cool things have happened. She recommended great books, inspired a new stress relief practices, worked with me on getting my cortisol levels down, and helped me work on my gut health. No disgusting powder drink needed - I don't take any other supplements. I also use her whole foods plant based protein shakes now and am no longer using whey based protein powder. Stacy has shown me a bunch of her different recipes - given endless nutrition advice - and now I am even eating fish in my diet which I thought I hated! She has been assigning exercises and daily goals that I can use as a guideline - but she always meets me where I am. I wasn't ready to start doing crazy workouts and she heard me. She has virtual yoga videos, barre videos, Tabata, bands, etc. If you ever want someone to make a program specifically for you and help you meet your specific goals - especially if you are avoiding the gym right now due to COVID - I cannot recommend Stacy enough.
Super present person who wants to see her clients succeed in the long run and is there to help build motivation and increase accountability. Reach out to her and let her know whatever healthy life style goals you have. This isn't about weight loss or a quick fix - this is about someone helping you live a better life one day at at time. I will be sticking with her even after COVID because this is the first program to give me results that I believe will be long term and become a healthy lifestyle.
