Energy Company, big building. I came here to pay my electricity bill and I when inside but this place have also a drive thru so that’s great, the person at the window was friendly, and the place clean.

This is a great company. As a co-op, the bills are low, especially it you come from the northeast where energy is so expensive! In addition, the CHAMP is a terrific insurance program. You pick what you want to cover, and service calls are only $10. I used it twice with wonderful results - once for my washer and another time for my hot water heater. As a matter of fact, I just had to replace the water heater and purchased a Marathon from Palmetto, which is guaranteed for life. I used their contractor to install the water heater, and move it to the garage from the attic. The cost was very reasonable, the service was great, and I received both an energy rebate and a rebate from the CHAMP program. We are lucky to have such a terrific electric company. I am a realtor and recommend CHAMP to all my clients.

whoever answers calls for your hardeeville branch needs to be fired. I called to inquire questions about switching my lights over and all I got was: talked over, an attitude, and headache from how loud she was. The most poor customer service I have ever received. I wish y’all were not the only source for electricity in this area,frankly because I do not want anything to do with this service anymore.

Palmetto should get many attaboys/attagirls for their commitment to many Sun City groups that use there meeting room for the Lions Club etc to hold various meetings! God bless u all🙏🙏
