The sales dept and Heather were awesome. Fantastic service. Easy, flexible and able to set things up perfectly. This department is 5 stars all the way.

The Compliance department though is another story. Their email sounds like the Borg - comply or be deleted.
Their idea of fraud protection (speaking as someone in the security sector) is laughable - actually it will be a punchline for one of my next classes. The idea of sending in a copy of your driver's license and a photo of your credit card (last 4 digits) is outdated, by at least two decades. Only the dumbest of criminals would be caught this way (sub 70 IQ dumb).
Then if you haven't COMPLIED fast enough, you get an enforcement call - COMPLY or it will be canceled. Yeah, this is NOT how customer service NOR security works post 2000.
This department needs a restructure, change in management and staff, and someone with security training in commerce put in charge. 1 star max.
