St Vincent De Paul is amazing. They have helped a lot of people, including myself. They are one of few, that will offer assistance today. I don’t agree with some of the bad reviews, especially ones stating they were denied, due to being assisted many times before, or that they’ve asked intrusive questions, or they had to wait. Do you understand, the amount of people that need assistance, and the lack of organizations out there that will try to assist. In my experience, the questions they ask, are a way to determine the full situation, and if you qualify for assistance. We all know there are scammers out there, looking for a handout. While I don’t deny, that all people may not be pleasant all the time, it’s no need for name calling. Some of y’all are a bunch of entitled people. They’ve always been compassionate, caring and professional. I am truly grateful for them. They helped me when no one else would, not even the church i went too

I want to express my gratitude to the team at St. Vincent de Paul for the incredible work they do. They provide free food to families in need, and I have always found the people at the front to be kind, patient, and compassionate. It’s not easy managing the needs of many families while ensuring everyone gets their fair share, yet they handle it with grace.

It’s disappointing to see some people take advantage of this generosity, complaining after receiving free food. The volunteers are doing their best to help as many as possible, and it’s important to remember that there are others in need as well. This is not a restaurant or a service industry where people can demand more.

I’m truly grateful for the selfless work done by the staff here, and I believe we should appreciate their efforts instead of criticizing them.

Thank you, St. Vincent de Paul, for all that you do.

The food pantry is understaffed. Waited more than 2 and a half hours to pick up food. Management should schedule more volunteers. I’d be willing to volunteer if I have to wait this long time.

I called and left a message 3-4 weeks ago. Got no response. I filled out the application form and got no response. I called just now and had a woman jerk my chain. I am homeless living in a borrowed car with a dog. I can’t get a job food or help. I’m ready to quit
